A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect's Maryland permit revealed it was suspended, with no status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest, and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

Upon arrival, R/O spoke with the Complainant who stated that they got into an argument with the Suspect, who then began pushing them around. Upon arrival, the Complainant reported they left their laptop in their office on February 8, 2024. When the Complainant returned on February 9, 2024, the laptop was missing; an immediate canvas of the area yielded negative results. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. | |

R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. While conversing with the Suspect, R/O noticed that an odor consistent with Phencyclidine (PCP) was emanating from their breath. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was arrested and transported to HQ for processing. | |

R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 800 Block of Bladensburg Road NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a fully extraditable warrant issued through the Miami Dade Police Department and no valid permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to HQ for processing. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS notified. Investigation continuing. | |

Additionally, a WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect did not have a valid driver's license in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. | |
