FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE 8:17:00 2.41011E+11 R/O observed an individual known to have an active warrant from a previous BOLO outside of Union Station. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a fully extraditable warrant from Marion County Sheriff's Office in Indiana. The warrant was confirmed by USCP Communications. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - NO VALID PERMIT + MISUSE OF TAGS 17:41:00 2.41011E+11 R/O observed a vehicle traveling northbound in the 600 Block of New Jersey Avenue NW. R/O conducted a WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle's tags and revealed that they belong to another vehicle. R/O conduct a traffic stop at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check revealed that the Suspect had no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE 17:28:00 2.41011E+11 R/O observed a vehicle traveling in the Unit Block of Columbus Circle NW displaying expired temporary tags. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed a fully extraditable warrant through Prince George's County, Maryland. The warrant was confirmed by USCP Communications. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT + LOANING REGISTRATION, MISUSE OF TEMPORARY TAGS 5:56:00 2.4101E+11 R/O observed a vehicle traveling northbound in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW not displaying a front license plate. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the Unit Block of D Street NW. A NCIC/WALES check of the Suspect revealed a suspended license out of the state of Maryland and no status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. A subsequent NCIC/WALES check on the Suspect's Virginia license plate revealed that it was registered to a different vehicle. The Suspect was arrested and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT 13:01:00 2.4101E+11 R/O observed an occupied vehicle illegally parked in the 200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid permit in Virginia, Maryland, Nevada or the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
LOANING REGISTRATION, MISUSE OF TEMPORARY TAGS 19:02:00 2.41E+11 R/O observed a vehicle proceed through a solid red traffic signal at the intersection of South Capitol Street and Independence Avenue. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Independence Avenue SE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a revoked status in the District of Columbia, with no status in Maryland, or Virginia. A WALES/NCIC check of the Virginia temporary tag displayed on the vehicle yielded no record on file. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - ALTERED TAGS 21:07:00 2.41E+11 R/O observed a vehicle travel E/B in the 300 Blk of Mass Ave NE with tags that seemed to be altered. Traffic stop was conducted in the same area. A registration check confirmed the tags were registered to another vehicle. Suspect arrested.
CPWL - CARRYING A PISTOL WITHOUT A LICENSE, POSSESSION OF UNREGISTERED FIREARM/UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM OR DESTRUCTIVE DEVICE 20:12:00 2.41E+11 R/O stopped suspect in 100 blk of C St NE for right-on-red violation at 2nd St/Independence Ave SE. At stop R/O observed ammunition and magazine in vehicle w/search yielding unregistered pistol. Suspect had no license to carry pistol. Suspect arrested.
OPERATING AFTER REVOCATION + FAILURE TO EXHIBIT 18:00:00 2.41E+11 R/O observed a vehicle driving without state registration stickers in the Unit Block of Columbus Circle NE. A traffic stop was conducted at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect's District of Columbia permit was revoked with no status in Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
ASSAULT ON A FEDERAL POLICE OFFICER (SIMPLE ASSAULT) 23:35:00 2.41E+11 R/O was flagged down by the Complainant who reported an assault that occurred in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. The Complainant stated she was assaulted and provided a description of the Suspect. A/O observed the Suspect at the corner of New Jersey Avenue and Massachusetts Avenue NW. The Complainant positively identified the Suspect as the person who assaulted her. The Suspect was placed under arrest to be transported to Headquarters for processing. While in the back of the transport vehicle, the Suspect spat on A/O. Suspect transported to HQ.
