A WALES/NCIC check revealed that the Suspect had no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Complainant stated she was assaulted and provided a description of the Suspect. A/O observed the Suspect at the corner of New Jersey Avenue and Massachusetts Avenue NW. The Complainant positively identified the Suspect as the person who assaulted her. The Suspect was placed under arrest to be transported to Headquarters for processing. While in the back of the transport vehicle, the Suspect spat on A/O. Suspect transported to HQ. |
