While speaking with the Suspect, R/O could detect a smell of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath and person. SFSTs were conducted. Due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 Block of D Street NE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect did not have a valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. While speaking to R/O, the Suspect admitted to drinking several alcoholic drinks prior to the stop. SFSTs were conducted. Due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, an open bottle of an alcoholic beverage was found on the rear passenger seat. | |

During the screening process, A/O noticed what appeared to be a magazine with ammunition inside the bag. R/O searched the bag and located a magazine loaded with 12 rounds of ammunition. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS notified. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to headquarters for processing. | |

While speaking with the Suspect, R/O observed that the Suspect's eyes were glassy and an odor of cannabis was emanating from the vehicle. SFSTs were administered and, due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to headquarters for processing. | |

R/O approached the vehicle and noticed vomit on the Suspect. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment the Suspect placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During vehicle processing, an open bottle of alcohol was found. |
