NO PERMIT 21:27:00 250102000008 R/O observed a vehicle traveling with an obstructed tag in the Unit Block of H Street NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 700 Block of Fourth Street NE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect did not possess a valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was arrested and transported to HQ for processing.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 1ST OFFENSE 3:16:00 250101000001 R/O observed a vehicle accelerate rapidly at the intersection of Washington and Independence Avenues SW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 300 Block of Independence Avenue SW. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O could detect a smell of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath and person. SFSTs were conducted. Due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 1ST OFFENSE + NO PERMIT POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL 3:25:00 250101000002 R/O observed a vehicle make several illegal turns in the 100 and 300 Blocks of Massachusetts Avenue NE. A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 Block of D Street NE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect did not have a valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. While speaking to R/O, the Suspect admitted to drinking several alcoholic drinks prior to the stop. SFSTs were conducted. Due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, an open bottle of an alcoholic beverage was found on the rear passenger seat.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 1ST OFFENSE + NO PERMIT POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL 20:07:00 241231003305 R/O observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in the 700 and 600 Blocks of North Capitol Street NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW. While speaking to the Suspect, R/O detected a moderate odor of an alcohol beverage emitting from a vehicle. SFST's were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
POSSESSION OF UNREGISTERED AMMUNITION 9:28:00 241230003290 R/O observed the Suspect place a bag into the X-ray machine at the Northwest Door of the Dirksen Senate Office Building. During the screening process, A/O noticed what appeared to be a magazine with ammunition inside the bag. R/O searched the bag and located a magazine loaded with 12 rounds of ammunition. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS notified. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 17:42:00 241230003295 R/O observed a vehicle traveling in the 600 Block of North Capitol Street with an expired registration. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of E Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check confirmed the expired status. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O observed that the Suspect's eyes were glassy and an odor of cannabis was emanating from the vehicle. SFSTs were administered and, due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT 21:28:00 241230003300 R/O and A/O observed a vehicle traveling in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW failing to maintain their lane. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Columbus Circle NE. A WALES/NCIC inquiry revealed the Suspect did not possess a valid operator permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
THREATS TO DO BODILY HARM 10:51:00 241230003292 R/O and A/O were patrolling in the Unit Block of Louisiana Ave, NE when they encountered the Suspect who appeared to be extremely agitated. The Suspect made several threats toward the officers, threatening to "beat their asses." The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT + FAILURE TO EXHIBIT A PERMIT 19:38:00 241230003297 R/O observed a vehicle pass a stop sign in the 100 Block of F Street NE. A traffic stop was conducted in the 600 Block of Second Street NE. A WALES/NCIC inquiry revealed the Suspect did not possess a valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS + POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL 18:59:39 241229003286 R/O observed a disabled vehicle at the entrance of the I-395 Third Street Tunnel in the northbound lane. R/O approached the vehicle and noticed vomit on the Suspect. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment the Suspect placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During vehicle processing, an open bottle of alcohol was found.
