A WALES/NCIC revealed the vehicle's registration expired in December 2024, but the vehicle's tag was displaying December 2025. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE. The R/O smelled the odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was arrested and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE-1ST OFF | 22:02:00 | 250111000086 | R/O observed a vehicle traveling southbound in the 600 Block of North Capitol Street NW at a high rate of speed. The Suspect made a right turn into the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NW failing to stop at a red signal and failing to maintain its lane. A traffic stop was conducted in the 800 Block of Second Street NW. Upon approach, R/O smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming the Suspects vehicle. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. R/O detected the odor of alcohol emanating from the Suspect's breath as well as the odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was arrested and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

Upon arriving on scene, R/O observed an individual without congressional identification sitting on the floor despite the building being closed to the general public. | DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY LESS THAN $1000 | 22:00:00 | 250109000069 | R/O responded to a report of vandalized property in the 500 Block of 21st Street NE. R/O established contact with the Complainant who stated three masked individuals exited a silver sedan and threw bricks at their front porch, which damaged the porch's front railing and a window screen. The incident was captured on security footage. Attempts to locate the Suspects in the surrounding area met with negative results. CSS responded to process the scene. TAS was advised of the offense and will continue to investigate. | |

Upon arrival, R/O observed the Suspect holding a small object with a flame. The Suspect was placed under arrest. R/O observed several containers containing combustible liquids on the ground next to the Suspect vehicle. USCP Hazardous Devices & Materials team responded to inspect the vehicle with negative results. The Suspect transported to Headquarters for processing. CIS responded and interviewed the Suspect. CSS responded and processed the scene. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of E Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect's license was suspended out of New York State, with no status in Virginia, Maryland, or the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded to process the scene. CID interviewed the Suspect. |
