During an inventory search of the vehicle, A/O located a significant amount of a Marijuana substance in variously packaged bags within a gallon size plastic bag and a scale. CSS responded and processed the scene. | |

Due to multiple signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. A search of the vehicle revealed an open container consistent with an alcoholic beverage. | |

The Complainant advised R/O they parked their vehicle at the same location at 1330 hours and at 2200 hours when they returned to the vehicle, they noticed that the rear Maryland License Plate was missing from the vehicle. CIS was notified. | |
