An individual was observed disrupting an active committee hearing by yelling. The individual was directed to cease and desist their demonstration activity but refused to comply. As officers effected arrest, the Suspect began to actively resist by pushing and pulling away. Once officers gained control, the Suspect was transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS + POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL | 20:30:00 | 2.50121E+11 | R/O responded to the 100 Block of Constitution Avenue NE for a vehicle that was driving on its rims and failing to comply with A/O. Upon approaching the vehicle, R/O detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the suspect. SFSTs were conducted. Due to the numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. An inventory search of the Suspect's vehicle revealed an open bottle of an alcoholic beverage in the center console of the vehicle. | |

A WALES/NCIC check of the driver, using the information on the Venezuelan identification card they provided, revealed they had no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, a Glock ten round magazine containing nine rounds was recovered.
