| DRUG PARAPHERNALIA; USE OF POSSESSION; DELIVERY OR SALE; FORFEITURE + ASSAULT UPON PEACE OFFICER PERSON CAUSES/THREATENS BODILY INJURY/PROPERTY DAMAGE IN RETALIATION (AGGRAVATED ASSAULT) POSSESS PROHIBITED WEAPON | 10:04:00 | 240612001497 | R/O responded to the walkway leading up to the South Door of the U.S. Capitol Building for loud and frequent outburst from an individual. R/O observed the Suspect yelling and singing loudly. R/O began questioning the Suspect and he became agitated and pulled a straight glass pipe out of his pocket which appeared to have burned residue within it. The Suspect was placed into handcuffs. R/O began a search incident to arrest and located a foldable knife approximately 7 inches in length with a handle that was also brass knuckles in the Suspect's back. The Suspect began spitting towards the R/O and a spit -prevention mask was applied. The Suspect was arrested and procssed at HQ. CSS responded to process the scene. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 Block of Independence Avenue SE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the driver had no valid permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to HQ for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no driving status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was arrested, transported to HQ, and processed. | |
| DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS | 23:45:00 | 240609001457 | R/O observed a vehicle with a flat tire, and travelled southbound in the 600 Block of North Capitol Street NE. A traffic stop was conducted at the same location. While speaking with the driver, R/O noticed the Suspect had glassy eyes, and a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emanated from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest, transported to HQ, and processed. | |

Multiple bottles of alcoholic beverages were discovered in the backseat of the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was arrested, transported to Headquarters, and processed. | |

Upon arrival, the Complainant advised the Suspect refused to follow the rules required to access that room. The Suspect was subsequently directed to leave the area multiple times but failed to comply. The Suspect was arrested and transported to HQ for processing. | |
| PERMIT SUSPENDED- OAS + ALLOW OPERATION W/ IMPROPER TAGS | 18:22:00 | 240607001448 | R/O observed a vehicle ignore a solid red traffic light and proceed without stopping at the intersection of First Street and Independence Avenue SW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 Block of Independence Avenue SE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed they had a suspended permit status in both the District of Columbia and Maryland. Furthermore, a WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle's tags revealed they were registered to a different vehicle. The Suspect was arrested, & taken to HQ for processing. | |
| DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS + OPERATING WHILE IMPAIRED | 11:40:00 | 240606001433 | R/O responded to the intersection of First Street and Constitution Avenue NW for a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the course of the accident investigation, the driver of one of the vehicles involved appeared confused, disoriented, and sluggish. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| POSS OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - MISD | 10:43:00 | 240605001415 | R/O responded to the intersection of Delaware and Constitution Avenues NE to assist on a traffic stop. Upon arrival, R/O observed the driver showing numerous signs of impairment consistent with being under the influence of a narcotic. Prior to being transported to the hospital by D.C. Fire the driver consented to a search. R/O and A/O discovered multiple bags containing pills. CSS responded to the scene and CID was notified. A field test of the pills tested positive for ecstasy, bath salts and cocaine. After being released from the hospital, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O made contact at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed an active warrant issued through the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. |
