NO PERMIT + ADDITIONAL CHARGE: COUNTERFEIT TAGS 15:22:00 240412000848 R/O observed a vehicle traveling westbound in the 100 Block of Independence Avenue SE displaying an unregistered tag. R/O initiated a traffic stop at 300 Independence Avenue SW. Further inspection of the vehicle's tag revealed the tag was fictitious. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT 19:04:00 240412000855 R/O observed a vehicle traveling eastbound in the 100 Block of Independence Avenue SW bearing an expired registration. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Independence Avenue SW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect did not have a valid driver's license in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT | DCC 50DC1401.01 | DCC 50DC1401.01(D) 15:53:00 240411000834 R/O observed a vehicle traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes of the 200 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the tags being suspended out of Maryland and the Suspect not holding a valid permit in Maryland, Virginia, or the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
FAILURE TO APPEAR (OAG) 10:16:00 240411000822 R/O observed an individual on a bench in the 100 Block of East Capitol Street with their belongings scattered along the bench. R/O conducted a WALES/NCIC of the Suspect and revealed the Suspect had an outstanding warrant held by the District of Columbia Superior Court. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT | DCC 50DC1401.01 | DCC 50DC1401.01(D) 16:52:00 240411000835 R/O observed a vehicle, traveling westbound on Constitution Avenue NE, bearing an expired license plate. R/O initiated a traffic stop in the Unit Block of Constitution Avenue NE. A WALES/NCIC check confirmed the registration to be expired and the Suspect to have no valid permit in Virginia, Maryland, or the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
THEFT OF PROPERTY (THEFT FROM BUILDING) 13:16:00 240411000830 R/O responded to a room in a House Office Building for a theft report. The Complainant stated the Suspect failed to return their issued equipment. Attempts to acquire the property were met with negative results. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate.
Unlawful Entry | DCC 22DC3302 17:01:00 240411000836 R/O responded to a room in a Senate Office Building and observed four Suspects sitting at a table singing loudly. The Suspects were given three warnings to cease and desist or they would be arrested. The Suspects refused to comply. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
THEFT II (THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE) | USC 37SUSC708-831 22:16:00 240411000841 R/O responded to Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW for a report of a theft. The Complainant advised R/O they parked their vehicle at the same location at 1330 hours and at 2200 hours when they returned to the vehicle, they noticed that the rear Maryland License Plate was missing from the vehicle. CIS was notified.
Disorderly Conduct 15:00:00 240410000000 R/O was assigned to a committee hearing in a House Office Building and observed the Suspects stand up and start shouting while the committee was in session. R/O escorted the Suspects out of the room. The Suspects were arrested and transported to Headquarters for processing.
Crowding, Obstructing, or Incommoding 15:00:00 240410000000 R/O observed the Suspect chanting loudly and disrupting a committee hearing in a House Office Building. The Suspect was given warnings to cease and desist the demonstration activities, but failed to do so. The Suspect was placed under arrest, and transported to Headquarters for processing.
