CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMODING + ASSAULT ON A POLICE OFFICER 11:32:00 250213000392 R/O responded to a report of demonstration activity in a room in a Senate Office Building. An individual was observed disrupting an active committee hearing by yelling. The individual was directed to cease and desist their demonstration activity but refused to comply. As officers effected arrest, the Suspect began to actively resist by pushing and pulling away. Once officers gained control, the Suspect was transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS + POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL 20:30:00 2.50121E+11 R/O responded to the 100 Block of Constitution Avenue NE for a vehicle that was driving on its rims and failing to comply with A/O. Upon approaching the vehicle, R/O detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the suspect. SFSTs were conducted. Due to the numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. An inventory search of the Suspect's vehicle revealed an open bottle of an alcoholic beverage in the center console of the vehicle.
PERMIT SUSPENDED - OAS 9:33:00 2.50211E+11 R/O observed a vehicle traveling in the Unit Block of E Street NE with an expired registration. A traffic stop was conducted in the same location. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended operator's permit in the District of Columbia with no status in Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to USCP Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT + FAIL TO EXHIBIT PERMIT 15:29:00 2.50209E+11 R/O observed a vehicle with expired tags traveling in the 100 Block of D Street NE. A traffic stop was conducted at the same location. When asked to provide an operator's permit, the driver stated they could not because they left their wallet at home. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed they had no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT 12:46:00 2.50209E+11 R/O observed a vehicle with expired tags traveling in the Unit Block of E Street NW. A traffic stop was conducted at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed they had a suspended Maryland operator's permit and no permit status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT + LOANING REGISTRATION, MISUSE OF TEMPORARY TAGS ALTERED REGISTRATION FAIL TO EXHIBIT PERMIT 20:52:00 2.50209E+11 R/O observed a vehicle with what appeared to be an altered, partially handwritten tag driving in Unit Block of D Street NW. A traffic stop was conducted at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check of the tag revealed it was registered to a different vehicle, which had a suspended registration. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver, using the information on the Venezuelan identification card they provided, revealed they had no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT 18:09:00 2.50209E+11 R/O responded to a report of a traffic accident in the northbound lanes of Interstate 395 near Exit 4. A WALES/NCIC check of the striking vehicle's driver revealed they had no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
FAILURE TO APPEAR (USAO) 11:08:00 2.50208E+11 R/O was approached by an individual inquiring about the US Marshals at the North Door of USCP Headquarters. R/O contacted USCP Threats when the Suspect stated they traveled to Washington, D.C. to speak with the FBI. A WALES/NCIC check revealed an extraditable warrant out of Alabama. USCP Communications confirmed the warrant. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT + UNLAWFUL POSSESSION AMMUNITION 20:51:00 2.50207E+11 R/O observed a vehicle with expired tags traveling in the 500 Block of North Capitol Street NE. A traffic stop was conducted in the 700 Block of North Capitol Street NE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect's Maryland license was suspended with no valid status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, a Glock ten round magazine containing nine rounds was recovered. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS notified.
DEFACING GOVERNEMENT PROPERTY 8:06:00 2.50207E+11 R/O while patrolling the northeast grounds of the U.S. Capitol Building observed a phrase written in chalk by North Barricade. CSS responded and processed the scene.
