BENCH WARRANT-MISDEMEANOR 16:12:00 221102001701 ADDITIONAL CHARGES: DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE; NO PERMIT R/O observed a traffic accident the 100 block of Independence Avenue, SE. A WALES/NCIC check of the individual driving the striking vehicle was conducted, which revealed the Suspect had an active misdemeanor Bench Warrant issued through the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, and no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect also displayed behaviors indicating potential impairment. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 04:05:00 221030001682 R/O observed a vehicle make an abrupt and rapid lane change without utilizing a turn signal near Second Street and Washington Avenue, SW. Further observation revealed the vehicle displayed an expired Maryland registration. A traffic stop was conducted in the unit block of D Street, SW. Upon approach, R/O detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 02:09:00 221029001674 R/O observed a vehicle operating without running headlights in the 500 block of North Capitol Street. The vehicle subsequently drove through multiple solid red traffic signals. A traffic stop was conducted in the unit block of Louisiana Avenue, NW. Upon approach, R/O noticed odors consistent with marijuana and an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID 14:05:23 221027001668 R/O observed a vehicle displaying expired tags while traveling southbound in the 500 block of North Capitol Street, NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the unit block of E Street, NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle's tags, and the Suspect's permit confirmed the tags were expired and suspended. In addition, the Suspect's permit was suspended in Maryland with no status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 21:33:00 221027001669 ADDITIONAL CHARGE: POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL R/O responded to the 400 block of Washington Avenue, SW, to assist with a traffic stop. Upon arrival, R/O observed heavy damage to the front end of the vehicle. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath, along with what appeared to be a bottle of a clear alcoholic beverage on the driver-side floorboard. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID 10:23:00 221025001653 R/O observed a vehicle traveling westbound in the 100 block of Massachusetts Avenue, NE, with expired Maryland temporary tags. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the unit block of Massachusetts Avenue, NE. A WALES/NCIC check confirmed the tags were expired, and the Suspect had a suspended license out of Maryland with no status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE 11:35:00 221024001647 R/O conducted a WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect, who was an applicant for a job with the Architect of the Capitol. The check revealed an active extraditable warrant through the Prince George's County Sheriff's Office. After the warrant was confirmed through USCP Communications, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
PUBLIC INTOXICATION 02:23:00 221023001642 R/O responded to the intersection of Constitution and Pennsylvania Avenues, NW, for a report of a traffic crash. R/O observed the Suspect to be extremely intoxicated. The Suspect was unable to stand, walk, or sit up in a stable or sober manner. R/O observed numerous empty beer cans on the passenger floor board of the vehicle. SFSTs were not able to be conducted. However, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 02:23:00 221023001641 R/O was dispatched to assist with a traffic accident in the 400 block of Constitution Avenue, NW. A/O was first on the scene, and relayed to R/O that the Suspect was stumbling and had slurred their words. While conversing with the Suspect, A/O noticed the Suspect's eyes were watery and glassy, and detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the Suspect. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 23:26:00 221021001638 R/O observed a vehicle committing multiple traffic violations from the 500 block of C Street, NE, to the 100 block of Massachusetts Avenue, NE. A traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of Columbus Circle and E Street, NE. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
