A traffic stop was conducted at the same location. Upon approach, R/O detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage that emitted from the Suspect's breath and person. SFSTs were conducted. Due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was arrested, transported to Headquarters, and processed. | |

The Complainant stated they were just robbed and pointed to the Suspect. As R/O attempted to place the Suspect under arrest, the Suspect ripped his arm away and began running away on foot southbound on Half Street SE. Multiple A/O's apprehended the Suspect in the 1000 Block of Half Street SE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed an active bench warrant through the District of Columbia Superior Court. CSS responded to process the scene. CIS responded to investigate. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC check of the tag confirmed the vehicle was reported as stolen out of Prince George's County, Maryland. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 900 Block of North Capitol Street NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a revoked permit status in Virginia, and no permit status in the District of Columbia or Maryland. Additionally, the Suspect was subject to an active, extraditable warrant issued out of Montgomery County, Maryland. The Suspect was placed under arrest, transported to Headquarters, and processed. CSS responded, and processed the scene. During an inventory search of the vehicle, numerous items of drug paraphernalia, that included a round glass receptacle which contained a white rock substance that tested positive for cocaine, were discovered. | |

R/O conducted a WALES/NCIC check which returned no listing found for the tag. A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 Block of New Jersey Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest, transported to Headquarters, and processed. | |
