BENCH WARRANT-MISDEMEANOR 00:05:00 220615000831 R/O responded to the unit block of Constitution Avenue, NE, for the report of a sick person. After a medical evaluation, R/O conducted a WALES/NCIC check on the Suspect, which revealed a Bench Warrant for "Failure to Appear" out of the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY - MISD 20:26:00 22016000836 R/O responded to the sixth floor of the Longworth House Office Building for the report of a group of individuals making loud noises inside the building. Upon approach, R/O observed unescorted and non-credentialed Suspects in the hallway. During the investigation, R/O learned the Suspects had been escorted out of the Cannon House Office Building earlier in the day, and told they could not return to any buildings unless escorted by Congressional staff. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 15:42:00 220615000826 R/O observed a vehicle stopped in a construction zone directly in front of 200 Maryland Avenue, NE. R/O approached the vehicle and detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CROSSING POLICE LINE 09:16:00 220614000811 R/O observed the Suspect climb a bike rack that was marked, "Police Line, Do Not Cross," in the 100 block of First Street, NE. After refusing to follow verbal commands, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID 01:16:00 220614000809 ADDITIONAL CHARGE: TRAFFIC - PERMIT-FAIL TO EXHIBIT R/O observed a vehicle traveling eastbound in the unit block of Massachusetts Avenue, NE, with no illuminated lights. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the unit block of Massachusetts Avenue, NW. The Suspect did not have a physical driver's permit to produce to R/O at the time of the stop. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect's license was expired through the District of Columbia, with no status in Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 23:13:00 220612000801 R/O observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in the 400 block of South Capitol Street, SE. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Washington Avenue, SW. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the Suspect's breath. SFTSs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest. The Suspect was transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 00:49:00 220611000795 R/O observed a vehicle make an improper lane change in the 500 block of Second Street, NW. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of Second Street, NW. While speaking with the driver, R/O noticed an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from inside of the vehicle. SFTSs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 20:42:00 220611000798 ADDITIONAL CHARGES: UCSA - POSSESSION (OTHER) R/O observed the Suspect sleep through a traffic signal cycle in the 400 block of Washington Avenue, SW. R/O conducted a traffic stop at South Capitol and E Streets, SW. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath. SFTSs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest. Search incident to arrest revealed a small bag containing a powdered substance, which later tested positive for Oxycodone. CSS responded and processed the scene. The Suspect was transported to Headquarters for processing.
SIMPLE ASSAULT DC CODE 22-404 15:30:00 220610000792 R/O responded to the unit block of Independence Avenue, SE, for the report of an altercation in a vehicle. Upon arrival, R/O-2 conducted a traffic stop at the same location. R/O-2 advised that they witnessed the Suspect assault the driver. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded and processed the scene.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 23:09:00 220608000780 R/O observed a vehicle traveling eastbound in the 100 block of Independence Avenue, SE, with a flat front tire. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, SE. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O noticed the odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
