TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID 15:59:24 220722001101 ADDITIONAL CHARGES: TRAFFIC - MISUSE OF TAGS R/O observed a vehicle traveling southbound in the 500 block North Capitol Street, NW, displaying an expired tag. A traffic stop was conducted in the 600 block of North Capitol Street, NW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect's driver's license was suspended in Maryland with no status in Virginia or the District of Columbia, and the displayed tag did not correspond with the vehicle. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 18:37:00 220722001106 ADDITIONAL CHARGES: TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID; POSSESSION OPEN CONTAINER ALCOHOL - POCA R/O was approached by two individuals that stated they believed the driver behind them was suffering from a medical emergency at the intersection of First Street and Constitution Avenue, NW. While attempting to render aid, R/O noticed an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath, and a bottle of dark liquid on top of the arm rest. A WALES/ NCIC check of the Suspect's identification card revealed an expired driver's status in the District of Columbia with no status in Maryland or Virginia. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded and processed the scene.
ASSAULT-SIMPLE - MISD 23:25:00 220721001096 R/O observed the Complainant fall to the ground and start screaming in the unit block of Independence Avenue, SE. Several witnesses stated the Suspect pushed the Complainant, causing them to fall. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID 12:37:00 220720001079 R/O observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in the 100 block of Massachusetts Avenue, NE, and conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of Massachusetts Avenue, NE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect's license was expired in the District of Columbia with no status in Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
UNREG AMMO - MISD 12:26:00 220720001081 R/O, while conducting an administrative search, observed the Suspect with a gun magazine with ammunition at the New Jersey Avenue and C Street door of the Longworth House Office Building. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded and processed the scene.
CROWDING OBSTRUCTING INCOMMODING DC CODE 22-1307 16:32:00 220720001083 Multiple officers observed the Suspects standing in the roadway, chanting loudly, and disrupting the normal flow of vehicle traffic in the unit block of First Street, NE. The Suspects were warned to cease and desist with their unlawful demonstration activities, but they failed to do so. Seventeen Suspects were placed under arrest and processed on scene.
CROWDING OBSTRUCTING INCOMMODING DC CODE 22-1307 13:00:00 220719001067 Multiple officers observed the Suspects standing in the roadway, chanting loudly, and disrupting the normal flow of vehicle traffic in the unit block of First Street, NE. The Suspects were warned to cease and desist with their unlawful demonstration activities, but they failed to do so. Thirty-five Suspects were placed under arrest and processed on scene.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY - MISD 11:45:00 220718001056 R/O responded to the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building (JOB) for a report of a breach of security. R/O was advised by JOB Security that the Suspect bypassed security by running into the entrance of the garage, but was stopped by JOB Security. The Suspect stated he parked his vehicle in the garage, and was returning to retrieve his vehicle. The head of Security confirmed the Suspect did not have authorization to enter the complex, and did not park his vehicle in the garage. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
BENCH WARRANT-MISDEMEANOR 18:52:00 220717001052 R/O observed the Suspect light a glass pipe while sitting against a wall in the 100 block of E Street, NW. R/O conducted a stop in the same location. A WALES/NCIC check revealed an active bench warrant issued through the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
ROBBERY - FELONY 23:00:00 220716001051 ADDITIONAL CHARGES: SIMPLE ASSAULT R/O was approached by an individual who stated that they were assaulted near the intersection of First and I Streets, SE. During the assault, the Suspect took several of the Complainant's personal items. The Suspect was located and stopped at the intersection of Second and L Streets, SE. During a search, R/O retrieved multiple items belonging to the Complainant. CSS responded and processed the scene. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
