MISD WARRANT 16:40:00 220808001209 R/O was flagged down by the Suspect in the unit block of D Street, NW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had an active warrant through the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 03:58:00 2208001204 R/O observed a vehicle sit through a light cycle in the unit block of Constitution Avenue, NE. R/O approached the vehicle and could see the Suspect slumped over the wheel, and noticed the smell of an alcoholic beverage. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 06:36:00 220806001197 ADDITIONAL CHARGES: TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID; POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL-IN VEHICLE; SECOND DEGREE CRUELTY TO CHILDREN R/O responded to a report of a vehicle stopped in a travel lane in the 200 block of Massachusetts Avenue, NW. R/O approached the vehicle and observed an individual in the driver's seat with their eyes closed. There were numerous bottles of alcohol observed throughout the vehicle, and a child was in the backseat with no seatbelt or child's seat. R/O also detected an odor of alcohol emitting from the vehicle. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect returned no permit in District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 01:51:00 220806001196 R/O observed a vehicle traveling southbound in the 600 block of North Capitol Street, NW, make a right turn without utilizing its traffic signal, driving slower than the posted speed limit, and nearly striking the curb. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 block of E Street, NW. Upon approach, R/O noticed that the Suspect had glassy and watery eyes. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE 17:45:00 220806001202 R/O responded to the 100 block of E Street, NW, for a report of an individual threatening people with a gun. Upon arrival, R/O observed a Suspect matching the description. R/O searched the Suspect for weapons, which was met with negative results. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect returned an extraditable warrant out of Arlington County, Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY - MISD 16:13:00 220805001194 R/O observed an individual step over the "No Public Access" stanchions into a restricted area of the Senate steps of the U.S. Capitol Building. R/O determined the Suspect was not allowed to be in the restricted area, and gave multiple verbal commands to leave. When he refused to comply, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID 14:31:00 220804001182 ADDITIONAL CHARGE: POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE R/O observed a vehicle with expired tags traveling westbound in the 100 block of Massachusetts Avenue, NE. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the unit block of Columbus Circle, NE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had a suspended license out of Maryland with no status in Virginia or the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. While being processed, R/O-2 discovered a white, powdery substance folded into a receipt in the Suspect's wallet. CSS responded and processed the scene. A field test of the substance yielded a positive result for Cocaine.
CROWDING OBSTRUCTING INCOMMODING DC CODE 22-1307 13:40:57 220803001172 R/O observed multiple Suspects chanting, standing in the roadway, and blocking the flow of traffic at the intersection of First and East Capitol Streets. The Suspects were warned to cease and desist with their unlawful demonstration activities, but they refused to do so. Seven Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
MISD WARRANT 12:39:00 220803001175 R/O observed a Suspect, matching the description for a lookout, in the 200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, SE. R/O conducted a stop in the same location. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had an outstanding bench warrant from D.C. Superior Court. After confirming the warrant with USCP Communications, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT -OPERATING AFTER SUSPENSION 12:10:00 220803001174 R/O observed a vehicle displaying an expired registration traveling eastbound in the unit block of Columbus Circle, NE. R/O conducted a traffic stop at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect's license was revoked in the District of Columbia and Virginia, with no status in Maryland. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
