NO PERMIT 17:38:00 260115000154 R/O observed a vehicle with expired tags traveling in the Unit Block of Constitution Avenue NE. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of First Street SW. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed they had no operator's permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT 20:11:00 260115000156 R/O observed a vehicle pass through a solid red traffic signal at the intersection of First and E Streets NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 500 Block of New Jersey Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed they had a suspended Maryland operators permit and no permit status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT + FAILURE TO APPEAR X4 11:39:00 260114000141 R/O observed a vehicle abruptly change lanes without caution in the Unit Block of Independence Avenue SW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 Block of Independence Avenue SE. A WALES/NCIC check through USCP Communications revealed a suspended license out of Maryland with no permit status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The check also revealed four outstanding warrants out of the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
SIMPLE ASSAULT 19:30:00 260114000148 R/O while working a door of a House Office Building, was approached by an individual to report an alleged assault. The Complainant stated she was shoved by the Suspect and provided video evidence of the assault to R/O. The video shows the Complainant walking past the Suspect at which time the offense occurred. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate.
NO PERMIT + ALTERED REGISTRATION 16:10:00 260114000146 R/O observed a vehicle traveling in the 100 Block of Third Street NW with an obstructed tag. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Third Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check through USCP Communications revealed an expired registration that did not match the registration sticker on the vehicle. The check also revealed a cancelled license out of the District of Columbia, a suspended license out of Maryland and no status in Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE 2:34:00 260114000139 R/O observed a vehicle commit multiple traffic violations on North Capitol Street NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW. Upon approach, the R/O detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspects breath. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
FAILURE TO APPEAR (USAO) 21:34:00 260113000138 R/O observed a vehicle drive the wrong way into the traffic lanes in the 100 Block of Independence Avenue SW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Washington Avenue SW. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed an active Misdemeanor Bench Warrant out of the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT 9:17:00 260113000121 R/O observed a vehicle traveling eastbound in the Unit Block of Independence Avenue SE displaying expired tags. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 200 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the tags were expired and the drivers license was suspended in Virginia with no driving status in the District of Columbia or Maryland. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
LEAVING AFTER COLLIDING- PROPERTY DAMAGE 9:14:00 260113000120 R/O responded to the 100 Block of Constitution Ave NW for the report of a traffic accident. The complainant stated they were waiting at a traffic light at the location when another car struck their vehicle. The Suspect proceeded to drive away from the scene. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate.
SIMPLE ASSAULT 14:18:00 260113000131 R/O was approached by an individual who stated they were assaulted in the Unit Block of First Street NE. A stop of the two individuals involved was conducted at the same location. After further investigation and collecting witness statements, R/O determined the original complainant was the suspect. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
