R/O advised the individual of the rules and regulations regarding their actions. The individual increased their volume and continued to disrupt the press conference. R/O gave warnings to cease and desist their disruptive behavior but the individual refused to comply. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

The vehicle pulled over and parked in the Unit Block of First Street SE. R/O conducted at traffic stop at that same location. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed a suspended New York license and no valid permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O made contact with the individual at the same location. While the R/O was conducting his investigation, the Suspect stated that he wanted to speak with the Member Of Congress and made threatening statements towards the member. Officers on scene recognized the Suspect from a BOLO flyer. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CIS conducted a custodial interview while in Headquarters. | |
| POSSESSION PROHIBITED WEAPON + POSSESSION OF UNREGISTERED AMMUNITION | 7:28:00 | 251104003385 | R/O-1 and R/O-2 observed an illegally parked vehicle in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue NE. R/O-1 & 2 noticed a rifle case inside the vehicle and requested a gun detection dog. Metropolitan Police Department responded with a K9, which alerted on the drivers side door. A search of the vehicle revealed thirty-seven (37) 12-gauge shotgun shells, a bow with multiple arrows, multiple knives, a machete, and a pair of brass knuckles. As the Suspect returned to the vehicle, a WALES/NCIC check was conducted and returned with no wants or warrants. The Suspect was then placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| TRAFFIC - DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUCENCE (DUI) + POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL (POCA) | 1:32:00 | 251102003371 | R/O while on routine patrol, observed a vehicle traveling eastbound in the 200 Block of Independence Avenue SW with no lights activated. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 300 Block of Washington Avenue SW. Due to suspicion of impairment, RO conducted SFSTs of the driver. Due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, R/O discovered an open Crown Royale bottle lying in the front passenger floorboard with a small amount of liquid inside of it. | |
| NO PERMIT + SPEEDING AND RECKLESS DRIVING | 20:31:00 | 251102003373 | R/O observed a vehicle traveling north in the I-395 Third Street Tunnel following another motorist too closely. The driver proceeded to make several improper lane changes and proceeding through a solid red light signal after exiting the tunnel. A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 Block of Indiana Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had a suspended Maryland license with no driving status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. |
