Multiple witnesses stated a person stood in the doorway of the office in an attempt to address the Member of Congress, which prevented anyone from entering or exiting. R/O subsequently located the individual on the first floor of the building. CIS then responded to assist with the investigation. Once all parties involved in the incident were interviewed, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 1ST OFF + POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - POCA | 1:12:00 | 250908002897 | R/O observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in the 500 Block of North Capitol Street NW. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of D Street NW. Upon approach, R/O smelled a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from inside the vehicle. R/O observed the driver had red and glassy eyes. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, an open container of whiskey was found behind the driver seat of the vehicle. | |
| UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE + RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY $1000 OR MORE UNLAWFUL ENTRY OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE | 21:42:00 | 250908002901 | R/O was monitoring a radio transmission for a stolen auto coming in the area of the Capitol Grounds. R/O canvassed the area and observed the vehicle identified in the aforementioned radio transmission in the 600 Block of South Capitol Street SW. A WALES/NCIC check confirmed the vehicle's stolen status. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 900 Block of South Capitol Street SW. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver and passenger was conducted. The inquiry of the driver revealed an active extraditable warrant held by the Washington Metropolitan Airports Authority Police and confirmed through USCP Communications. CSS responded to process the scene. CIS responded to interview the Suspects. Both Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of L Street SE. Upon approach of the vehicle, R/O smelled an odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the drivers breath. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a revoked drivers license in the District of Columbia with no driving status in Maryland or Virginia. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the tag was not registered to the observed vehicle and was expired. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 200 Block of D Street SE. During the stop, R/O observed that the driver had watery and blood shot eyes. SFSTs were administered and due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 Block of North Capitol Street. Upon approach, R/O detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| SIMPLE ASSAULT X2 | 16:21:00 | 250905002878 | R/O was flagged down by the Witness to an assault that occurred in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. After the Witness identified the Suspect, R/O and A/O-1 and A/O-2 conducted a subject stop in the intersection of E Street and Columbus Circle NE. At this time, R/O observed the Suspect holding a can of pepper spray. Upon further investigation, A/O-2 located two Victims outside of Union Station who were sprayed with orange liquid by the Suspect. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 1ST OFF + POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE IN MOTOR VEHICLE | 2:07:00 | 250904002858 | R/O observed a vehicle driving erratically, to include abruptly changing lanes without the use of a turn signal in the 400 Block of H Street NE. A traffic stop was conducted in the 600 Block of H Street NE. During the course of the stop, R/O detected an odor of marijuana, as well as an odor of an alcoholic beverage, emanating from the vehicle. SFSTs were subsequently conducted. Due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. An inventory search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of an open bottle of liquid labeled as tequila in the rear passenger compartment. |
