R/O asked the Suspect if he had any weapons, and he produced a switchblade from his pocket. Suspect arrested. Processed at HQ. CSS processed the scene. CIS investigating. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 300 Block of Constitution Avenue NW. Suspect refused to provide a physical license to R/O during the stop. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had a suspended MD with no valid status in DC or VA. R/O ordered Suspect to exit the vehicle and Suspect refused. Suspect continued to physically resist R/O's commands to exit the vehicle. Suspect was removed from vehicle and arrested. Suspect was transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 Block of First Street NE. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O smelled an odor consistent with burning marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had no valid license in DC, MD, oe VA. SFSTs were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, Suspect was arrested. Processed at HQ. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 Block of North Capitol Street NW. The Suspect revealed that the tags were obtained from an illegitimate source. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended status in Maryland and ID only in the District of Columbia. A WALES/NCIC check of the VIN revealed a stolen status out of Prince William County, VA. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded to process the scene. CIS responded and interviewed the Suspect. | |
