NO PERMIT 21:05:00 241203003097 R/O observed a vehicle traveling northbound in the 500 Block of New Jersey Avenue NW displaying a counterfeit temporary registration. A traffic stop was conducted in the 600 Block of New Jersey Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT 16:10:00 241203003093 R/O observed a vehicle with expired tags traveling northbound in the 600 Block of North Capitol Street NE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had a suspended license in Maryland with no valid status in the District of Columbia, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - OPERATING AFTER REVOCATION 17:36:00 241202003084 R/O observed a vehicle traveling eastbound in the Unit Block of Independence Avenue SW. A traffic stop was conducted in the same location. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had a revoked permit out of the District of Columbia, with no status through Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
POSSESSION OF UNREGISTERED AMMUNITION + UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES POSSESSION OF A LARGE CAPACITY AMMUNITION FEEDING DEVICE 8:43:00 241202003078 R/O was at a door of a House Office Building when the Suspect placed a backpack into the X-ray machine during the screening process. R/O observed several magazines with loaded ammunition inside the Suspect's backpack. After further inspection of the contents of the backpack, three magazines, two loaded with several rounds of ammunition, and an empty high capacity magazine were found. CIS responded and interviewed the Suspect. CSS responded and processed the scene. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - NO VALID PERMIT 15:46:00 241202003083 R/O-1 and R/O-2 observed a car parked in the Unit Block of D Street SE with expired Florida tags. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect did not have a valid permit in Florida, and no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT - CAUSE UNREASONABLE FEAR + THREATS TO KIDNAP/INJURE A PERSON/DAMAGE PROPERTY RESISTING ARREST 21:13:00 241202003086 R/O-1, R/O-2, and R/O-3 observed two individuals involved in a verbal dispute in the 200 Block of Maryland Avenue NE. The officers separated the individuals to conduct independent interviews. The Suspect walked away from the scene. A lookout was placed via USCP Communications. The Suspect was stopped in the Unit Block of First Street NE. During their interview, the Complainant stated that the Suspect made threats to do bodily harm to them. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. While in custody, the Suspect was subsequently restrained after becoming uncooperative and resisting attempts to complete the arrest process.
FLEEING FROM A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER IN A MOTOR VEHICLE + POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - MISD 20:17:00 241130003074 R/O observed a vehicle pass through a red signal at the intersection of South Capitol Street and Washington Avenue. R/O attempted a traffic stop in the 400 Block of Washington Avenue SW. The vehicle continued northbound towards the Third Street Tunnel. A lookout was provided via radio to USCP Communications. R/O reencountered the vehicle at First and C Streets NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW. The Suspect was removed from the vehicle and placed under arrest. During an inventory search of the vehicle, a bag with two jars containing a green leafy substance, and capsules consistent with Synthetic Cathinones was located. CSS responded to process the scene. The Suspect was transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 3:00:00 241130003072 R/O observed a vehicle parked along the east curb, facing the wrong direction, on a one way street in the 400 Block of Second Street SW. R/O conducted a welfare check. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect returned with negative results. A/O responded to assist with the investigation. Upon approach, A/O noticed the Suspect eyes were glassy and red, and speech was slurred. Due to suspicion of impairment, SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE - SECOND OFFENSE + NO PERMIT POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - VEHICLE 23:22:00 241130003075 R/O observed a vehicle traveling eastbound in the Unit Block of Independence Avenue SE, swerving and failing to maintain their lane. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE. While speaking to the Suspect, R/O detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had a suspended District of Columbia permit with no valid status in Maryland or Virginia. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle a cup containing a liquid consistent with an alcoholic beverage was located.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 0:52:00 241130003071 R/O and A/O observed a vehicle operating with only one headlight running and failing to yield to oncoming traffic at the intersection of New Jersey Avenue and M Street SE. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 1100 Block of 2nd Place SE. Upon approach, A/O could smell a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
