DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 1ST OFFENSE + RESISTING ARREST FAIL TO EXHIBIT PERMIT POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - MISD THREAT TO KIDNAP OR INJURE A PERSON 3:16:00 250613001953 R/O observed a vehicle traveling eastbound in the Unit Block of I Street SE at a high rate of speed. A traffic stop was conducted in the 300 Block of I Street SE. R/O observed the Suspect throw a clear plastic cup and plastic bottle out of the driver's side window. The Suspect exited the vehicle and appeared extremely agitated and was instructed to return to the vehicle, but refused. The Suspect became combative and assisting officers responded to the scene and attempted to detain the Suspect who tensed up and resisted their efforts. R/O smelled the odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath. The Suspect refused SFSTs and to provide their identity or a valid operators permit. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to USCP Headquarters for processing. While conducting a search of the Suspect, A/O discovered a clear plastic bag with a white rock like substance on the Suspect which tested presumptive positive for cocaine by CSS . A/O-1 witnessed the Suspect make several threats toward R/O to include death towards R/O and family members.
CROWDING OBSTRUCTING INCOMMODING + RESISTING ARREST CROSSING POLICE LINE 18:03:00 250613001967 R/O responded to a report of a large group of demonstrators that crossed the police line of the Rotunda stairs, at the U.S. Capitol Building. R/O observed three lawful warnings given to the Suspects to disperse, but the Suspects refused to comply. The Suspects were sitting on the center stairs of the U.S. Capitol Building holding signs and chanting. The Suspects were asked repeatedly to stand and stop chanting, but refused to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CROWDING OBSTRUCTING INCOMMODING + RESISTING ARREST CROSSING POLICE LINE 20:27:30 250613001966 R/O responded to a radio call, at the U.S. Capitol Building, for a large group of demonstrators that crossed the police line of the Rotunda stairs. R/O observed three lawful orders given to the Suspects to disperse, but the Suspects refused to comply. The Suspects were asked repeatedly to stand and stop chanting, but refused to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT + MISUSE OF TAGS 22:15:00 250612001952 R/O observed a vehicle fail to maintain its lane while traveling eastbound in the Unit Block of Columbus Circle NE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the vehicles registration was revoked and the tags had been surrendered. A traffic stop was conducted in the 300 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CARRYING A PISTOL WITHOUT A LICENSE + POSSESSION OF UNREGISTERED AMMUNITION POSSESSION OF A LARGE CAPACITY FEEDING DEVICE 13:36:00 250611001938 R/O was working at the USCP Offsite Delivery Site when an administrative search of the Suspect's vehicle was done by a USCP screener. During the administrative search, a firearm was located in the glovebox of the vehicle. The firearm was observed to be equipped with a fifteen round capacity magazine with a round in the chamber. A query through the District of Columbias Gun Registry Unit confirmed that the Suspect did not have a license to carry a firearm in the District of Columbia, however maintains a license to carry in both Maryland and Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CIS conducted a custodial interview. CSS responded and processed the scene.
CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR IMCOMMODING 14:28:00 2506110011937 R/O responded to a radio dispatch for a report of an active demonstration in a Senate Office Building. R/O observed multiple people chanting and singing in the hallway outside of a room. The individuals were given multiple warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activity but failed to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR IMCOMMODING 15:42:00 250611001940 R/O responded to a radio dispatch for a duress alarm in a room in a Senate Office Building. Upon arrival, R/O observed multiple people yelling and crowding in the hallway outside of a room. The individuals were given multiple warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activity but failed to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY OF A MOTOR VEHICLE - MISD 10:30:00 250611001933 R/O observed the Suspect pulling on vehicle door handles. On the third occurrence, the vehicle owner was contacted and was willing to be a Complainant. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR IMCOMMODING 15:30:00 250611001939 R/O responded to a radio dispatch for a report of an active demonstration in a Senate Office Building. R/O observed multiple people chanting, yelling and holding signs outside of a room. The individuals were given multiple warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activity but failed to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
ASSAULT ON A POLICE OFFICER (SIMPLE ASSAULT) X2 8:56:00 250611001931 R/O responded to the report of an aggravated assault in the 200 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. R/O arrived at the reported location and found the Suspect being detained by two Special Police Officers. The SPOs stated the Suspect was blocking the entrance of the building when they asked them to leave. The Suspect refused and sprayed the Complainants with pepper spray. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS was notified. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
