TRAFFIC - NO VALID PERMIT + LOANING REGISTRATION, MISUSE OF TEMPORARY TAGS 15:01:00 250214000408 R/O observed a vehicle displaying what appeared to be fraudulent tags traveling in the 100 Block of Constitution Avenue NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the tags revealed they were expired and registered to a different vehicle. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the Unit Block of Constitution Avenue NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed they had a revoked Virginia operator's permit and no permit status in the District of Columbia or Maryland. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT + RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY 20:26:00 250214000414 R/O observed a vehicle displaying stolen tags travelling through the Unit Block of D Street NE. Per a WALES/NCIC check of the tags, they were registered to a different vehicle and reported as stolen out of Prince George's County, Maryland. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of D Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed they had no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
FAILURE TO APPEAR 13:27:00 250214000407 R/O observed an individual lying unconscious on the sidewalk near the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Columbus Circle NE. As R/O conducted a welfare check, the person requested medical assistance from the District of Columbia Fire and Emergency Medical Services. A subsequent WALES/NCIC check revealed the individual was subject a bench warrant issued through the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. After confirming the warrant through USCP Communications, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
FAILURE TO APPEAR (x2) + MISUSE OF TAGS NO PERMIT 16:00:00 250214000409 R/O observed a vehicle with expired tags travelling in the 200 Block of Independence Avenue SW. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Independence Avenue SW. A WALES/NCIC check of the tags confirmed they were expired and revealed they were registered to a different vehicle. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed they had a suspended North Carolina operator's permit and no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. Furthermore, the driver was subject to two bench warrants issued through the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT 10:10:00 250214000403 R/O responded to a report of a vehicle parked in a no parking zone in the 100 Block of Constitution Avenue NE. Upon approaching the vehicle, R/O observed the driver return and begin to drive away. R/O immediately initiated a traffic stop at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the driver had a suspended Maryland operators permit with no permit status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMODING 10:27:00 250213000389 R/O responded to a report of demonstration activity in a room in a Senate Office Building. Multiple individuals were observed disrupting an active committee hearing by yelling. The individuals were directed to cease and desist their demonstration activity but refused to comply. The Suspects were subsequently arrested and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT + ALTERED TAGS POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL 16:12:00 250213000398 R/O observed a vehicle with what appeared to be an altered tag traveling westbound in the 100 Block of M Street SE. A traffic stop was initiated in the Unit Block of M Street SE. A WALES/NCIC check of the tag revealed it was expired despite displaying a sticker that indicated otherwise. When asked, the driver stated the sticker on display was pulled from another vehicle. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed they had no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. Shortly after effecting arrest, R/O discovered an open can containing an alcoholic beverage within the vehicle.
NO PERMIT 17:12:00 250213000399 R/O observed a vehicle with an expired tag traveling westbound in the 100 Block of Constitution Avenue NW. A traffic stop was initiated in the Unit Block of Constitution Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed they had no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMODING 9:32:00 250213000388 R/O observed multiple individuals disrupt an active committee hearing in a room in a House Office Building by chanting and yelling. The individuals were directed to cease and desist their demonstration activity but refused to comply. The Suspects were subsequently placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING 12:30:00 250213000396 R/O responded to a report of demonstration activity outside of a room in a Senate Office Building. Multiple individuals were observed carrying signs and blocking people from entering or exiting the committee room. The individuals were directed to cease and desist their demonstration activity but refused to comply. The Suspects were subsequently arrested and transported to Headquarters for processing.
