The Suspect was previously found inside the building after hours and had been given a warning. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O observed the Suspect using both hands to restrain the Complainant that was attempting to escape the Suspect's grasp. A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a revoked DC license and no status in Virginia or Maryland. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
VANDALIZING, DAMAGING, DESTROYING, TAKING PROPERTY OF A GOV'T OFFICIAL | 14:10:00 | 240724001925 | R/O responded to the intersection of Louisiana Avenue and D Street NE to assist with a large demonstration group. Upon arrival, R/O, A/O-1, and A/O-2 exited their vehicles and assisted with pedestrian control. Upon returning to their vehicles, they observed each one had been vandalized with a permanent marker. A canvass for a Suspect was conducted with negative results. CSS responded and processed the scene. | |

VANDALIZING, DAMAGING, DESTROYING, TAKING PROPERTY OF A GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL | 14:10:00 | 240724001927 | R/O operating a marked cruiser followed an active demonstration group at Louisiana Avenue and D Street NE. R/O exited the vehicle and used it to block demonstrators from continuing to travel eastbound on D Street NE. Upon retuning to the vehicle, R/O discovered it had been vandalized with a permanent marker in 3 different areas. Crime Scene processed the scene. | |

The Complainant stated that the Suspect approached them, making anti-Semitic comments and shoved them to the ground. R/O broadcasted a lookout for the Suspect and canvassed the area which yielded negative results. CIS investigating. | |
CROSSING A POLICE LINE | 15:30:00 | 240723001917 | R/O was assigned to the Civil Disturbance Unit for a protest in the Rotunda of a House Office Building and was tasked with helping form a police line in order to start executing arrests. When this police line was formed, a Suspect crossed the police line several times after being told to stop. The Suspect was arrested and transported to HQ processing. | |
CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING | 15:10:00 | 240723001917 | R/O observed the Suspects chanting loudly, holding up signs, and blocking access to the Rotunda of the Cannon House Office Building. The Suspects were warned to cease and desist their demonstration activity, but refused to do so. CSS responded and processed the scene. The Suspects were arrested. |
