A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a revoked DC license and no status in Virginia or Maryland. Upon arrival, R/O, A/O-1, and A/O-2 exited their vehicles and assisted with pedestrian control. Upon returning to their vehicles, they observed each one had been vandalized with a permanent marker. A canvass for a Suspect was conducted with negative results. CSS responded and processed the scene. | |

R/O exited the vehicle and used it to block demonstrators from continuing to travel eastbound on D Street NE. Upon retuning to the vehicle, R/O discovered it had been vandalized with a permanent marker in 3 different areas. Crime Scene processed the scene. | |

The Complainant stated that the Suspect approached them, making anti-Semitic comments and shoved them to the ground. When this police line was formed, a Suspect crossed the police line several times after being told to stop. The Suspect was arrested and transported to HQ processing. | |
