FAILURE TO APPEAR X3 18:14:00 2.41024E+11 R/O observed two individuals known to have active warrants in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. A stop was conducted at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check revealed one of the individuals was subject to two active bench warrants issued by the Superior Court of the District of Columbia while the other was subject to one active bench warrant issued by the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Both Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
LEAVING AFTER COLLIDING – PROPERTY DAMAGE 15:45:00 2.41024E+11 R/O responded to a report of a hit and run traffic accident in the Unit Block of C Street NE. Upon R/O's arrival, the Complainant stated they parked there at approximately 0900 hours and returned to find new damage on the driver's side of their vehicle at approximately 1300 hours. CSS responded to process the scene. CIS notified/will follow up.
POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL +FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE 14:18:00 2.41024E+11 R/O observed an individual with an open container of alcohol in the Unit Block of D Street NE. A stop was conducted at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect was subject to an active warrant issued by the Ramsey County, Minnesota Sherriff's Office. Communications confirmed the warrant, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
THEFT SECOND DEGREE (ALL OTHER LARCENY) 19:39:00 2.41023E+11 Complainant told R/O that they had locked their scooter in the bike rack on the corner of C Street and First Street NE at 0845 hrs. Complainant returned at 1820 hrs and scooter was gone. A canvass of the area was met with negative results. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate.
NO VALID PERMIT 17:00:00 2.41023E+11 Vehicle with expired tag stopped in the 500 Block of South Capitol Street SW. Driver had suspended MD license and not licensed in D.C. or VA. Driver arrested and transported to HQ for processing.
DUI - FIRST OFFENSE 20:05:00 2.41023E+11 Vehicle in the 300 Blk of Independence Ave SW stopped for expired registration. R/O detected strong odor of alcohol from the vehicle. SFSTs conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, Suspect arrested and transported to HQ for processing.
CARRY PISTOL W/OUT LIC. + NO PERMIT, FELON IN POSS, POSS UNREG FIREARM, UNLAWFUL POSS OF FIREARM/DESTRUCTIVE DEVICE, POSS OF UNREG AMMO, POSS OF LARGE CAP AMMUNITION FEEDING DEVICE, LOANING REGISTRATION, MISUSE OF TEMP TAGS 17:36:00 2.41022E+11 Vehicle w/obstructed tag was stopped in 300 Blk of Mass Ave. Tag was obstructed and driver was unlicensed and in poss of a loaded firearm with 19 rounds of ammunition recovered. Suspect arrested.
FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE + NO PERMIT 19:52:00 2.41022E+11 R/O observed a vehicle with a covered rear tag, traveling eastbound in the Unit Block of I Street SE. A traffic stop was conducted at the same location. A check of the Suspect revealed an active warrant out of the Alexandria Police Department. The check also revealed the Suspect had no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was arrested and transported to HQ for processing.
BENCH WARRANT 16:52:00 2.41022E+11 R/O observed an individual known to have outstanding warrants in the 600 Block of North Capitol Street NW. A subject stop was conducted in the Unit Block of G Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check confirmed an active warrant issued by the U.S. Marshals Service. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
FAILURE TO APPEAR (USAO) + FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE 22:27:00 2.41021E+11 R/O observed an individual who was believed to be subject to an active arrest warrant standing in front of 2 Massachusetts Avenue NE. A stop was initiated at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the individual was subject to two separate warrants, one issued through the U.S. Marshals Service and the other issued through the Montgomery Count (MD) Police Department. Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
