A WALES/NCIC of the vehicle revealed an expired registration out of Illinois. The Suspect stated they recently purchased the car and the seller allowed them to keep the expired tags. Upon arrival, the reporting party stated a cactus had been stolen from inside the building. A preliminary investigation revealed the cactus went missing between 1200 hours on July 12 and 0700 hours on July 15. CIS notified and will continue to investigate. |
