DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE-1ST OFF | DCC 50DC2201.05[B][1] X 02:45:00 231111002613 R/O observed a vehicle traveling northbound in the 600 Block of North Capitol Street NE failing to maintain its lane multiple times. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 700 Block of North Capitol Street NE. Upon approach, R/O detected a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath and person. SFST's were conducted and due to the numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
LEAVING AFTER COLLIDING - PERSONAL INJURY | DCC 50DC2201.05C (A) (1) 20:33:00 231111002616 R/O responded for a report of a hit and run traffic accident at the southbound ramp of I-395 at Second Street SW. The Complainant stated the Suspect's vehicle collided with the rear left side of their vehicle, causing them to collide with a light pole. The Complainant was unable to provide a description of the Suspect or Suspect vehicle, and reported the Suspect fled the scene. A canvas of the area for the striking vehicle was met with negative results. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate.
CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING (M) | DCC 22DC1307(A) 12:45:00 231007002587 Multiple Officers observed multiple Suspects singing, holding signs and disrupting normal building operations in a Senate Office Building. The Suspects were given three warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activities, but failed to stop. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded to process the scene.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY - MISD + ADDITIONAL CHARGE: DEFACING GOVERNMENT PROPERTY 17:15:00 231109002607 R/O observed six individuals demonstrating near a room in the Russell Senate Office Building. R/O also observed the words written with a red substance on the mirror and wall of the office. R/O advised the Suspects that the building closed at 1700 hours and that they needed to leave. The Suspects did not comply with R/O directions to leave the building. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded and processed the scene.
ASSAULT ON A POLICE OFFICER - MISDEMEANOR 11:08:00 231108000000 R/O responded to a House Office Building where a group of individuals were demonstrating and disrupting a hearing. A/O also responded and was in the process of arresting demonstrators when she was kicked and tripped by the Suspect. The Suspect was placed under arrest by R/O and taken to Headquarters for processing.
CROWDING OBSTRUCTING INCOMMODING DC CODE 22-1307 16:22:00 231108000000 R/O responded to the U.S Capitol Visitor Center for a report of demonstration activity during a hearing. The Suspect was standing and shouting during the active committee hearing. A/O gave the Suspect a warning to cease the demonstration activity, but the Suspect continued to do so. The Suspect was placed under arrest and taken to Headquarters for processing.
CROWDING OBSTRUCTING INCOMMODING DC CODE 22-1307 11:07:00 231108000000 Multiple R/O's responded to a House office building for demonstration activity. The Suspects were observed disrupting normal building operations by holding a flag, chanting loudly, and screaming while a committee was taking place. The Suspects were warned to cease and desist the demonstrating activity, but refused to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported for processing.
THEFT II-FROM OFFICE 08:50:00 231108000000 R/O responded to a House Office Building, for a report of stolen property. R/O spoke with the Complainant, who reported that a decal was missing from the wall outside the outer office door. Complainant also stated that this was the second time a decal had been taken. Complainant was unsure when the decal was taken.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID + FAILURE TO ID SELF 10:46:06 231108000000 R/O observed a vehicle traveling East Bound at North Capitol Street and Massachusetts Avenue NE at a high rate of speed with a potentially expired Virginia temporary tag. R/O observed the vehicle make a right turn at the Unit Block of E Street NE, failing to use a turn signal. R/O conducted a traffic stop, during which the Suspect became verbally aggressive and refused to provide identification. During Search Incident to Arrest, a DC ID card was discovered and a WALES/NCIC check revealed no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID +ADDITIONAL CHARGES: TRAFFIC - MISUSE OF TAGS FLEEING FROM POLICE OFF - MISD DC50-2201.05b(b)(1) RECKLESS DRIVING - MISD 20:34:00 231107000000 R/O observed a vehicle with a temporary tag that appeared to be fictitious, traveling westbound in the 100 Block of E Street NW. A traffic stop was conducted at the same location. Upon approach, R/O observed the Suspect open the door and attempt to flee. After being motioned to stop, the Suspect sat back in the driver seat and accelerated from the traffic stop at a high rate of speed, disregarding all traffic laws. Later, R/O observed the same vehicle parked and unoccupied in the 400 Block of Second Street NW. While canvassing the area, R/O located the Suspect standing near the vehicle at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had no valid permit status in the District of Columbia, Virginia, or Maryland. The vehicle's tag came back with no registration on file. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
