NO PERMIT + FAIL TO EXHIBIT PERMIT 19:41:00 240120000123 R/O observed a vehicle in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE with expired tags. R/O conducted a traffic stop at the same location. During the stop, the Suspect failed to provide R/O with a physical driver's license. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect was not license in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT + LOANING REGISTRATION, MISUSE OF TEMPORARY TAGS 15:40:00 240120000122 R/O observed a vehicle in the 500 Block of North Capitol Street with an expired tag. R/O conducted a traffic stop at 600 Block of North Capitol Street. While speaking with R/O the Suspect admitted the tags displayed did not belong to the vehicle. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect was not licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
No Permit + Fail To Exhibit License | DCC 50DC1401.01 | DCC 50DC1401.01 | DCC 50DC1401.01 (D) 19:41:00 240120000123 R/O observed a vehicle driving westbound in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE displaying an expired Maryland tag. R/O conducted a traffic stop at the same location. The Suspect was unable to provide a valid driver's permit. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT | DCC 50DC1401.01 | DCC 50DC1401.01 (D) + ALLOW OPERATION W/ IMPROPER TAGS | DCC 50DC1501.04(A)(2) 17:48:00 240118000109 R/O observed a vehicle traveling in the area of Third and D Streets NE without a registration date displayed on its tag. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the Unit Block of D Street NE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the vehicle's registration was expired and the Suspect did not have a license in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. (eh)
DISORDERLY CONDUCT - DISRUPTING A PUBLIC BUILDING (M) | DCC 22DC1321(C-1) 10:45:00 240118000104 R/O responded to a room in a House Office Building after a Committee Member advised them that an individual was inside a hearing room and known to demonstrate. While outside the room, R/O heard yelling from the inside. Upon entering the room, R/O observed the Suspect yelling, and the Committee Chairman asking for the removal of the Suspect. The Suspect was removed, placed under arrest, and transported to Headquarters for processing.
THEFT II 16:06:00 240116000000 R/O responded to a House Office Building for a report of a theft. R/O met with the complainant who stated they left their Fitbit fitness device in the area of the third floor of the Cannon Rotunda. The Complainant said that at approximately 0930 hours, the device was tracking while no longer in their possession. CIS was notified, and will continue to investigate.
CROWDING OBSRUCTING INCOMMODING 12:38:00 240116000000 R/O observed multiple Suspects in the Rotunda of the Cannon House Office Building disrupting normal building operations by chanting, sitting down, and blocking walking areas. The Suspects were given three warnings to stop their demonstration activity, but refused to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest, and transported to 67 K Street SW for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS | DCC 50DC2201.05[B][1]X 02:30:00 240114000000 R/O observed a vehicle with no rear lights illuminated, driving in the Unit Block of E Street NW. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of E Street NW. Upon approach, R/O detected a strong odor consistent with an alcoholic beverage that emitted from the Suspect's breath. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O observed that the Suspect's face was flush, and eyes were bloodshot. SFSTs were conducted; due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest, transported to Headquarters, and processed.
FLEEING FROM A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER IN A MOTOR VEHICLE.ADDITIONAL CHARGES: RECKLESS DRIVING 22:21:00 240114000000 R/O observed a vehicle displaying an expired rear tag as it travelled westbound in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. R/O attempted to initiate a traffic stop at the same location. The vehicle fled and was last seen as it travelled westbound in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NW, at a high rate of speed while it disobeyed multiple traffic laws, as pursuit was abandoned. Later an A/O observed the same vehicle as it travelled eastbound in the 100 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. A/O attempted to initiate a traffic stop. Once again, the vehicle fled and was last seen as it travelled northbound in the 400 Block of Second Street NE, at a high rate of speed while disobeying multiple traffic laws, as pursuit was abandoned. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate.
Driving Under Influence-1st Off | DCC 50DC2201.05[B][1] X. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: POSSESION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER (POCA) | DCC 25DC1001 NO PERMIT | DCC 50DC1401.01 | DCC 50DC1401.01(D) 02:32:00 240113000000 R/O observed a vehicle with tape covering the small corner window behind the rear passenger window. In R/O's experience this is a common sign of a stolen vehicle. R/O initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of First and C Streets NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle returned not stolen. Upon approach, R/O observed the Suspect to have bloodshot red eyes, and slow slurred speech while talking. A WALES/NCIC check of the of the Suspect identification card returned with a suspended driver's license out of Virginia and no status in Maryland or the District of Columbia. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. While conducting an inventory search of the vehicle, R/O found a clear, nearly empty glass bottle of tequila laying on the passenger floorboard. R/O also discovered a nearly empty brown glass bottle of tequila.
