DEFACING GOVERMENT PROPERTY 11:46:00 2.3122E+11 R/O responded to the Maryland Avenue walkway of the U.S Capitol Building for a report of graffiti on the sidewalk. Upon arrival, R/O observed graffiti located on the wall in what appeared to be marker. A search of the area for the Suspect was met with negative results. A/O responded and processed the scene.
CROWDING OBSTRUCTING INCOMMODING DC CODE 22-1307 12:12:00 2.31219E+11 R/O observed multiple people chanting loudly and holding signs in the Rotunda of the U.S. Capitol Building. The Suspects were given three warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activities, but failed to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest, and transported for processing.
NO PERMIT 00:26:00 2.31219E+11 R/O observed a vehicle pass through a red traffic signal at the intersection of Sixth and East Capitol Street NE. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the Unit Block of Third Street NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the tag revealed an expired registration that belonged to a different vehicle. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest, and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC- PERMIT- NO VALID 15:24:00 2.31219E+11 R/O responded for a report of a traffic crash in the 500 Block of Second Street NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended license out of Colorado, and no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest, and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT | DCC 50DC1401.01 | DCC 50DC1401.01(D). ADDITIONAL CHARGE: LOANING REGISTRATION, MISUSE OF TEMPORARY TAGS 14:46:00 2.31218E+11 A/O observed a vehicle with no front tag displayed that travelled eastbound in the Unit Block of E Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle's rear tag revealed the tag belonged to a different vehicle. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of North Capitol Street NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect's permit revealed an expired District of Columbia driver's license, with no status in Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest, and transported to Headquarters for processing. S/A was notified, and will continue to investigate.
NO PERMIT | DCC 50DC1401.01 | DCC 50DC1401.01(D) 23:34:00 2.31218E+11 R/O observed a vehicle travelling the opposite direction of traffic in the Unit Block of Independence Avenue SE. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of New Jersey Avenue SE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest, and transported to Headquarters for processing. (ks)
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE-1st Off | DCC 50DC2201.05[B][1] X 03:51:00 2.31217E+11 R/O observed a vehicle that travelled southbound in the northbound lanes in the 200 Block of Washington Avenue SW. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 300 Block of Washington Avenue SW. Upon approach, R/O noticed the Suspect had slurred speech, and their eyes were glassy, and slightly red . SFSTs were administered, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest, and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE-1st Off | DCC 50DC2201.05[B][1] X 00:54:00 2.31217E+11 R/O responded for the report of a vehicle crash in the intersection of North Capitol Street and Massachusetts Avenue NW. Upon approach to the striking vehicle, R/O detected a strong odor of alcohol emanating from the Suspect's mouth. SFSTs were administered, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE-1st Off | DCC 50DC2201.05[B][1] X. ADDITIONAL CHARGE: NO PERMIT | DCC 50DC1401.01 | DCC 50DC1401.01(D) 01:31:00 2.31217E+11 R/O observed a vehicle with a flat tire and it's hazard lights on as it travelled northbound in the Unit Block of Second Street SE. A traffic stop was conducted in the same location. Upon approach, R/O noticed the Suspect spoke in a slow, slurred manner, and faced forward for the majority of the conversation. A WALES/NCIC check revealed that the Suspect had no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. SFSTs were administered, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE-1st Off | DCC 50DC2201.05[B][1] X 00:24:00 2.31217E+11 R/O observed a vehicle driving erratically, with no headlights illuminated, in the 200 Block of Third Street NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 1300 Block of South Capitol Street SW. Upon approach, R/O detected a strong odor of alcohol emanating from the Suspect's vehicle and person. SFSTs were administered, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
