The Suspect exited the vehicle, and urinated. The Suspect re-entered the vehicle, and drove off. R/O initiated a traffic stop in the 800 Block of North Capitol Street NE. R/O spoke with the Suspect, and detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage that emitted from the Suspect's breath. R/O conducted SFSTs. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was arrested, transported to HQ and processed. An inventory search of the vehicle revealed an open bottle of alcohol on the driver's side floorboard. | |

A traffic stop was initiated in the 200 Block of C Street SW. Upon approach of the vehicle, R/O detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage that emanating from the vehicle. A/O responded to the scene, and conducted SFSTs on the Suspect. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was arrested, transported to HQ and processed. | |

The Suspect refused to identify where he received the vehicle. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded and processed the scene. | |
