While being placed into handcuffs, the Suspect contorted their body, tensed their arms, and placed their hands beneath their body. On-scene investigation revealed the Suspect had struck several vehicles on the on ramp of D Street and Washington Avenue SW before reaching South Capitol Street. A/O-1 conducted SFSTs, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. A/O-2 responded, and processed the scene. | |

The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. While conversing with the Suspect, R/O noticed that the Suspect's speech was slurred and a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emanated from their person. SFST's were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 Block of Independence Avenue SW. R/O smelled a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath. SFST's were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle prior to towing, R/O observed several opened and unopened bottles of alcohol. | |

A WALES/NCIC of the vehicle revealed an expired registration. A traffic stop was conducted at the same location. While conversing with the Suspect, R/O noticed that the responses were slow and a faint odor consistent with Phencyclidine (PCP) was emanating from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. While conducting an inventory search of the vehicle, R/O located a wet cigarette with a color consistent in R/O's experience with a Phencyclidine (PCP) dipper. A/O responded and processed the scene. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 600 Block of North Capitol Street NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the tag returned to a different vehicle. Additionally, a WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. |
