R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of D Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the tags returned to a different vehicle. The Suspect had a revoked status in Virginia, and no status in the District of Columbia or Maryland. A/O responded to conduct SFSTs on the Suspect. Due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect's Georgia drivers license revealed the license was suspended with no status in Maryland, Virginia, or the District of Columbia. SFSTs were administered showing numerous signs of impairment. While conducting a search incident to arrest, A/O located a vial of liquid that is consistent with the drug Phencyclidine (PCP) in the driver's vest pocket. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. While conducting a search inventory of the vehicle, A/O located an open alcoholic beverage under the passengers left leg. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS was notified for further investigation. | |

A Witness observed a unknown vehicle strike a parked vehicle and drive away from the scene. The Complainant stated that none of the damage to the vehicle was previously there. A search of the area for the striking vehicle was met with negative results. CSS responded and processed the scene. | |

Upon arrival, R/O observed the Suspect's vehicle blocking both lanes of traffic. The Complainant stated to R/O, the Suspect was driving aggressively for several blocks before blocking the Complainant's path at First Street SE. The Complainant and several Witnesses stated the Suspect opened his driver side door and shouted to the Complainant that they had a gun and would shoot the Complainant. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CIS responded to process the scene. |
