DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 1:43:00 240218000361 R/O observed a vehicle with expired registration in the Unit Block of Columbus Circle NE. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the Unit Block of D Street NW. Upon approach, R/O observed that the Suspect had blood shot red eyes, and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanated from the Suspect's breath. SFSTs were conducted; due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest, transported to Headquarters, and processed.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 1ST OFF 03:36:00 240218000363 R/O and A/O responded for a single vehicle crash at the intersection of South Capitol and D Streets SE. Upon approach, R/O and A/O observed the Suspect who stood outside the vehicle with clear disabling front end damage due to collision with a USCP traffic barricade. R/O observed that the Suspect had slurred speech, blood shot red eyes, and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage that emanated from the Suspect's breath. SFSTs were conducted; due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest, transported to Headquarters, and processed.

The Suspect's vehicle continued westbound in the Unit Block of D Street NW, through a solid red signal at the intersection of Second and D Streets NW. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 200 Block of D Street NW. Upon approach, R/O noticed a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage that emanated from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted; due to the numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest, transported to Headquarters, and processed.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS | DCC 50DC2206.11 + POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL | DCC 25DC1001 0:46:00 240217000356 R/O observed a vehicle driving in the 400 North Capitol Street NW with expired tags. A WALES/NCIC check confirmed tags were expired. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW. Upon approach, R/O detected a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the Suspect's vehicle. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O observed that the Suspect's speech was rapid and their pupils were dilated. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. An inventory search of the Suspect's vehicle revealed an open container of an alcoholic beverage.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS | DCC 50DC2206.11 + POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL | DCC 25DC1001 00:46:00 240217000356 R/O observed a vehicle driving in the 400 North Capitol Street NW with expired tags. A WALES/NCIC check confirmed tags were expired. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW. Upon approach, R/O detected a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the Suspect's vehicle. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O observed that the Suspect's speech was rapid and their pupils were dilated. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. An inventory search of the Suspect's vehicle revealed an open container of an alcoholic beverage.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 2ND Off | DCC 50DC2201.05[B]1[B] X + PERMIT REVOKED-OAR | DCC 50DC1403.01[3] X + LOANING REGISTRATION, MISUSE OF TEMPORARY TAGS | DCMR 18DCMR1101.1 16:08:00 20240216000354 R/O observed a vehicle traveling eastbound in the 100 Block of Constitution Avenue NW with no front tag and an expired Maryland tag on the rear of the vehicle. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the tag was not on file. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of Constitution Avenue NW. Upon approach, R/O detected an overwhelming odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle and observed numerous marijuana joints in the vehicle ashtray. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the suspect's license was revoked in the District of Columbia with no status in Maryland or Virginia. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded to process the scene.

CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, INCOMMODING (M) | DCC 22DC1307(A) 11:40:00 240215000336 R/O observed multiple suspects chanting and lying on the floor in the Rotunda of the Cannon House Office Building. The suspects were warned to cease and desist demonstration activities; and failed to do so. The suspects were placed under arrest and transported to 67 K Street, SW for processing. CSS responded and processed the scene.
PERMIT REVOKED-OAR | DCC 50DC1403.01[3] X 16:15:00 240215000340 R/O observed a vehicle traveling westbound in the wrong lane of travel in the Unit Block of Independence Avenue, SW. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of Independence Avenue SW, and a WALES/NCIC check revealed the suspect's license was revoked in the District of Columbia. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
