R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of D Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the tags returned to a different vehicle. The Suspect had a revoked status in Virginia, and no status in the District of Columbia or Maryland. A/O responded to conduct SFSTs on the Suspect. Due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS +ADDITIONAL CHARGES: TRAFFIC - PERMIT- NO VALID POSS OPEN CONTAIINER ALCOHOL - POCA USCA - PWID - OTHER | 00:32:00 | 231104000000 | R/O observed a vehicle driving northbound in the southbound lanes in the 600 Block of North Capitol Street NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect's Georgia drivers license revealed the license was suspended with no status in Maryland, Virginia, or the District of Columbia. SFSTs were administered showing numerous signs of impairment. While conducting a search incident to arrest, A/O located a vial of liquid that is consistent with the drug Phencyclidine (PCP) in the driver's vest pocket. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. While conducting a search inventory of the vehicle, A/O located an open alcoholic beverage under the passengers left leg. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS was notified for further investigation. | |

A Witness observed a unknown vehicle strike a parked vehicle and drive away from the scene. The Complainant stated that none of the damage to the vehicle was previously there. A search of the area for the striking vehicle was met with negative results. CSS responded and processed the scene. | |

R/O conducted a traffic stop in the Unit Block of E Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed that the Suspect's permit status was revoked in Virginia, with no permit status in the District of Columbia or Maryland. Additionally, the Suspect had an active, extraditable warrant out of Fairfax County, VA. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. |
