The Complainant stated that a fleet vehicle was taken without permission on three separate occasions on September 26, 27, and 28, 2023. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. | |

R/O was flagged down at the intersection of Fourth and D Streets NW by an individual who appeared to be fearful and in distress. The Complainant stated that they were being followed and threatened by the Suspect. R/O conducted a canvass of the area and the Suspect was found in the 400 Block of 5th Street NW. A show-up was conducted with the Complainant, who positively identified the Suspect. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. | |

The Complainant stated that they parked their scooter outside of a House Office Building at approximately 0730 hours on October 13, 2023. When the Complainant returned at approximately 1730 hours on the same date, they discovered that the scooter was missing. A canvass of the area was met with negative results. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. | |

A lookout was given, and the Suspect was located. A show-up was conducted with the Complainant, who positively identified the Suspect. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. | |

R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 400 Block of Washington Avenue SW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect did not have a valid license in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The WALES/NCIC check also revealed the displayed tag did not correspond with the vehicle driven by the Suspect. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O conducted a WALES/NCIC check on the vehicle tags which revealed no registration on file. A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 Block of D Street NW. R/O conducted a VIN check through USCP Communications which came back stolen out of Tallahassee, Florida. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded to process the scene. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. | |

The Complainant stated that they parked their scooter at the intersection of Delaware Avenue and C Street NE at approximately 1230 hours on October 11, 2023. When the Complainant returned at approximately 1705 hours on the same date they discovered the scooter was missing. A canvass of the area was met with negative results. A WALES\NCIC inquiry of the Suspect revealed a suspended license in MD and no status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The Complainant stated he was turning westbound from 8th Street SE onto Pennsylvania Ave SE when his vehicle was struck on the rear passenger side. A search of the area met with negative results. A/O responded and processed the scene. |
