A WALES/NCIC check of the temporary tag returned not on file. R/O observed a cup in the center console of the vehicle emanating an odor consistent with an alcoholic beverage. R/O conducted a traffic stop at Fifth and D Streets NE. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O could smell an odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the Suspect's breath and person. SFSTs were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was arrested and transported to HQ processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of Second and C Street SW. Upon approach, R/O observed the Suspect holding what appeared to be a bottle filled with an alcoholic beverage in hand. R/O could smell a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle. The Suspects eyes were watery and the Suspect was slow to respond. Due to suspicion of impairment, STSTs were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was arrested and transported to HQ for processing. | |
