Upon approach, R/O and A/O observed the Suspect who stood outside the vehicle with clear disabling front end damage due to collision with a USCP traffic barricade. R/O observed that the Suspect had slurred speech, blood shot red eyes, and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage that emanated from the Suspect's breath. SFSTs were conducted; due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest, transported to Headquarters, and processed. | |

A WALES/NCIC check confirmed tags were expired. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW. Upon approach, R/O detected a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the Suspect's vehicle. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O observed that the Suspect's speech was rapid and their pupils were dilated. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. An inventory search of the Suspect's vehicle revealed an open container of an alcoholic beverage. | |

Upon approach, R/O detected an overwhelming odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle and observed numerous marijuana joints in the vehicle ashtray. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the suspect's license was revoked in the District of Columbia with no status in Maryland or Virginia. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded to process the scene. | |

A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. R/O attempted a traffic stop. The vehicle suddenly fled at a high rate of speed into oncoming traffic, and ignored a solid red traffic light. As R/O canvassed for the vehicle, numerous witnesses advised R/O the Suspect parked in a garage located in the 100 Block of Indiana Avenue NW. R/O was alerted the Suspect attempted to enter the building associated with the garage, and was detained by their staff. R/O conducted a WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect. The inquiry revealed a no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest, transported to Headquarters, and processed. |
