A WALES/NCIC of the Suspect revealed a suspended operators permit in Maryland, with no status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. While being placed under arrest, the Suspect clenched his fist and straightened his arms. R/O attempted to twist the Suspect's arm behind his back, however, he pulled both hands into his chest area while yelling. Once calm, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 800 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE. A WALES/NCIC inquiry revealed the Suspect had a suspended Pennsylvania operator's permit with no status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was given multiple warnings to cease and desist with their unlawful activities, but refused to do so. While being escorted off of the Plaza, the Suspect laid down in the roadway blocking vehicular access to vehicles exiting the Senate Plaza. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC confirmed the vehicle tags were expired and the Suspect's license was suspended in Maryland with no status in the District of Columbia and Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to USCP Headquarters for processing. | |

The Complainant stated the Suspect lunged at her with a sharp metal object and the walked westbound in the 100 Block of Independence Avenue SE. R/O broadcast a lookout. A canvas of the area was met with negative results. A razor was located near the area. A/O responded and processed the scene. S/A was notified and will continue the investigation. | |

A vehicle matching the lookout was observed travelling westbound in the 100 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 500 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue NW. While speaking to the driver, R/O observed the driver exhibited slurred speech. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest, and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NE. Upon speaking with the Suspect, R/O was informed that the Suspect had recently consumed an alcoholic beverage. SFTS's were conducted and due to multiple signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and taken to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 200 Block of Fourth Street SW. R/O approached the Suspect and observed an opened bottle of beer in the vehicle's console. R/O also smelled alcohol emanating from the Suspect's breath. R/O and A/O-1 and A/O-2 ordered the Suspect out of the vehicle. The Suspect became combative and began to fight the officers. The Suspect refused to submit to SFST testing. A WALES/NCIC inquiry revealed the Suspect did not possess a valid operator's permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. A/O-3 responded, and processed the scene. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

Additionally, the Suspect had a confirmed extraditable warrant out of Front Royal, Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. |
