A traffic stop was conducted at the same location. Upon approach, the Suspect stated they had a Virginia permit, but it was not on their person. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had no valid permit status in Virginia, Maryland or the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest. R/O later learned the Suspect provided a false name. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect's true identity revealed an extraditable warrant out of Virginia, and no permit status. The Suspect was transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle revealed it was reported stolen to the Metro Washington Airport Authority. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 400 Block of Independence Avenue, SE. R/O gave verbal commands to exit the vehicle. The Suspect was placed under arrest, and transported to Headquarters for processing. Additionally, all attempts to contact the registered vehicle owner met with negative results. | |

The Suspect was arrested and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

Additionally, the Suspect had no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. |
