The Complainant asked the Suspect to leave in the presence of the R/O, he agreed to leave the office but refused to leave the hallway and attempted to regain access back into the office. A WALES/NCIC check revealed an active barring notice for the office. Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O ordered the Suspect to take down an unauthorized banner hanging in the area. After several warnings, while the Suspect was being placed in handcuffs, the suspect resisted arrest and was trying to pull away multiple times. The suspect was transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

The Complainant reported that they observed the Suspects inside of a van with the window broken out and glass on the ground. An immediate canvas of the area yielded negative results. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. | |

| FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE | 17:20:00 | 231017002409 | CIS was contacted by a federal law enforcement agency that a person of interest was on U.S. Capitol Grounds. The FBI provided R/O with a description and photo of the Suspect as well as a warrant from the Eastern District of Virginia. R/O and A/O observed the Suspect matching the description inside a Senate Office Building. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Independence Avenue SW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect and vehicle revealed no valid permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. It also revealed the tags expired in April of 2022 despite having a 2025 sticker in the corner of the tag. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Third Street SW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. |
