SFSTs were administered and due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was arrested and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the same location. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect's driver's license revealed no valid status through the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. R/O continued to observe the vehicle driving erratically and disobeying multiple traffic laws prior to a traffic stop being conducted in the 700 Block of South Carolina Avenue, SE. R/O attempted to detain the Suspect, who resisted by grabbing the steering wheel and attempted to drive away. The Suspect was placed under arrest and a search was conducted resulting in the recovery of a firearm. A/O responded to the scene and processed a .45 caliber pistol and nine rounds of ammunition. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the firearm was not registered in the District of Columbia. The Suspect was transported to Headquarters for processing. S/A responded to interview the Suspect. | |

The suspect was seen drinking the red substance from the bottle. The R/O proceeded to stop the suspect and smelled an odor emanating from him consistent with an alcoholic beverage. S-1 was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of C Street SE. R/O conducted a WALES/NCIC check which confirmed the vehicle's tags were fictitious, and the Suspect's District of Columbia permit was revoked with no valid status in Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
