Per the Complainant, the Suspect engaged in an argument and then damaged several display racks and products at the store before departing towards Union Station. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of M Street SE. During the course of stop, the Suspect, a backseat passenger, presented R/O with their District of Columbia learner's permit. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect was subject to a warrant for Robbery in the First Degree issued through the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Upon confirmation of the warrant, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CIS responded to interview the Suspect. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 Block of First Street NW. During the course of the stop, R/O detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle and observed the driver had bloodshot eyes. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

During the search, drug paraphernalia and several plastic baggies with a white powdery substance were discovered.
