While on scene, R/O observed the Suspect slumped over with the engine running. When R/O attempted to get the Suspects attention, the Suspect began driving. R/O yelled for the Suspect to place the vehicle in park and the Suspect complied. The Suspect consented to SFSTs. Due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a revoked driver's license in the District of Columbia, with no status in Maryland or Virginia. R/O observed an open container of alcohol on the floorboard of the vehicle. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A lookout for the Suspect was broadcast by USCP Communications. R/O observed an individual matching the description of the Suspect in the 100 Block of F Street NE. The Subject was stopped in the same location. The Suspect consented to a search of their property. R/O discovered a pouch containing ammunition in the Suspect's backpack. Search incident to arrest revealed instruments used to break into vehicles, and items stolen from the Complainants' vehicles. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS was notified. |
