FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE 06:02:00 230426000880 R/O conducted a WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect after the individual voluntarily submitted to the administrative search procedures in place at the USCP Off-Site Delivery Center. This check revealed the Suspect was subject to an active arrest warrant issued out of Prince Georges County, Maryland. Once the warrant was confirmed by Communications, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID 13:57:51 230426000889 R/O observed a vehicle in the 400 Block of Second Street NE traveling southbound who failed to yield oncoming traffic and collided with a vehicle traveling northbound on Second Street NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
PERMIT-FAIL TO EXHIBIT. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: TRAFFIC - PERMIT - NO VALID. 22:47:00 230425000879 R/O observed a vehicle traveling southbound in the Unit Block of Second Street SE with a rear license plate that was partially obstructed from view. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the vehicle's registration was expired. A traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of Third Street and Independence Avenue SE. When asked to provide a driver's license, the Suspect was unable to do so. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect did not have a valid driver's permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS. ADDITIONAL CHARGE: POSS OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - VEHICLE. 21:10:00 230423000853 R/O observed a vehicle in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NW that was stopped in the middle of the roadway. R/O conducted a traffic stop at the same location. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O detected a strong chemical odor emanating from inside the vehicle. SFST's were administered, and due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search, R/O and A/O-1 located an open container in the center cupholder of the vehicle consistent with that of alcohol. A/O-2 responded and processed the scene.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: TRAFFIC - PERMIT - FAIL TO EXHIBIT. 12:21:00 230422000848 R/O observed a vehicle with an expired tag driving in the 100 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. The Suspect failed to provide a valid driver's license. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC ACCIDENT - LEAVING SCENE-PROPERTY DAMAGE 07:25:00 230421000842 R/O responded to the 300 Block of 7th Street SE for the report of a hit and run. Upon arrival, the Complainant stated their vehicle was stopped for a red light at the intersection of 7th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue SE when the Suspect's vehicle struck their driver-side rear. The Suspect exited their vehicle to check for damage and then left the scene. A/O responded and processed the scene. S/A responded and will continue to investigate.
TRAFFIC ACCIDENT - HIT & RUN. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: TRAFFIC ACCIDENT - PROPERTY DAMAGE ONLY. 17:45:00 230424000855 R/O responded to the House Office Building Garage for the report of a traffic crash. Upon arrival R/O located the Complainant who stated they were involved in a traffic accident in the 300 Block of South Capitol Street SW at approximately 1720 hours. The Complainant stated she observed the Suspect turning their vehicle around and strike the back of her vehicle before driving off. R/O observed scratches and an indentation in the center of the Complainant's bumper. A search of the area was met with negative results.
DEFACING GOVERNMENT PROPERTY-MISD DC CODE 22-3312. 09:18:00 230420000831 R/O responded to the 100 Block of Maryland Avenue, SW, for a report of defacing of government property. Upon arrival, R/O observed a sign located in the outside garden, vandalized by what appeared to be a marker. A search of the area for the Suspect was met with negative results. A/O responded and processed the scene.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY - MISD 09:38:00 230419000816 R/o was approached in a House Office Building by two staff members stating they were being followed. R/O made verbal commands for the Suspect to leave the building. The Suspect refused to leave and continued to enter into Room 1118. The Complainant advised the Suspect was not permitted in the office. After multiple attempts, the Suspect refused to exit the office. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DEFACING GOVERNMENT PROPERTY - MISD 00:15:00 230419000814 R/O observed a sign located in the 100 Block of First Street, SW, vandalized by what appeared to be a marker. A search of the area for the Suspect was met with negative results. A/O responded and processed the scene.
