Upon arrival, the Complainant reported they left their laptop in their office on February 8, 2024. When the Complainant returned on February 9, 2024, the laptop was missing; an immediate canvas of the area yielded negative results. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. | |

R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. While conversing with the Suspect, R/O noticed that an odor consistent with Phencyclidine (PCP) was emanating from their breath. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was arrested and transported to HQ for processing. | |

The Complainant stated they parked at 1130 hours and returned at 1430 hours and found two nails in the sidewall of the driver's rear tire. CSS responded and processed the scene. A traffic stop was conducted in the 300 Block of F Street NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle identification number through USCP Communications confirmed the vehicle was stolen out of New York City. Additionally, a WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect did not have a valid driver's license in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. | |

A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect's driver's permit was suspended in the District of Columbia with no status in Maryland or Virginia. A traffic stop was attempted in the 600 Block of South Capitol Street SW, at which time the Suspect fled northbound, ran through several solid red lights, and abruptly stopped in the 400 Block of South Capitol Street SE. During the stop, A/O observed the Suspect to be extremely fidgety, with bloodshot and watery eyes, and a moderate smell of alcohol coming from inside the vehicle. A/O arrived on scene, and performed SFSTs. Due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

Upon approach, R/O observed that the Suspect had slurred speech, blood shot red eyes and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the Suspect's breath. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was initiated in the Unit Block of D Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed that the Suspect had no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. Upon approach of the vehicle, R/O detected a strong odor alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. |
