The device was taken from 1500 South Capitol Street SE by an unknown Suspect using unknown means and subsequently tracked to an address in Prince George's County, Maryland. The Complainant declined to pursue recovery of the device and indicated its contents would be remotely wiped. The case is considered closed and no further investigative action will be taken. | |

Once the warrant was confirmed by Communications, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. |
