R/O-2 advised R/O-1 that he was spit on during a contact with the Suspect who then fled the scene. The vehicle was later located in the 300 Block of Constitution Avenue NE by A/O and fled the scene again at a high rate of speed. R/O-3 was on scene when the offense occurred and provided a witness statement. R/O-3 completed a report for the offense and cleared the scene. The Suspect remains at large. | |
