A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed two misdemeanor bench warrants held by the Superior Court for the District of Columbia. Search incident to arrest revealed a latex glove containing a vial and cut straws with a white powdery substance in the Suspects pant pocket. CSS responded and processed the scene. The substance tested presumptive positive for PCP. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of G Place NE. While speaking with the driver, R/O noticed their speech was slurred and smelled an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from their breath. SFSTs were conducted and due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended Maryland drivers license with no driving status in the District of Columbia, or Virginia. SFSTs were subsequently conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. Upon conducting an inventory search of the vehicle, an open container of tequila was found on the rear floorboard. | |
