A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had a suspended MD with no valid status in DC or VA. R/O ordered Suspect to exit the vehicle and Suspect refused. Suspect continued to physically resist R/O's commands to exit the vehicle. Suspect was removed from vehicle and arrested. Suspect was transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
