R/O established contact with the Complainant who stated three masked individuals exited a silver sedan and threw bricks at their front porch, which damaged the porch's front railing and a window screen. The incident was captured on security footage. Attempts to locate the Suspects in the surrounding area met with negative results. CSS responded to process the scene. TAS was advised of the offense and will continue to investigate. | |

Upon arriving on scene, R/O observed an individual without congressional identification sitting on the floor despite the building being closed to the general public. While being interviewed, the person stated they entered the building because they were cold. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A stop was conducted in the 200 Block of New Jersey Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. Upon arrival, R/O observed the Suspect holding a small object with a flame. The Suspect was placed under arrest. R/O observed several containers containing combustible liquids on the ground next to the Suspect vehicle. USCP Hazardous Devices & Materials team responded to inspect the vehicle with negative results. The Suspect transported to Headquarters for processing. CIS responded and interviewed the Suspect. CSS responded and processed the scene. | |

Upon arrival, R/O observed A/Os separate and restrain the Suspect from the Complainant. Prior to the incident, R/O informed the Suspect that the building was closed and they would be subject to arrest. Refusing to comply, the Suspect swung multiple times, with a closed fist, at A/O. The Suspect was arrested and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
