A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 Block of North Capitol Street NW. The Suspect revealed that the tags were obtained from an illegitimate source. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended status in Maryland and ID only in the District of Columbia. A WALES/NCIC check of the VIN revealed a stolen status out of Prince William County, VA. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded to process the scene. CIS responded and interviewed the Suspect. | |

The Suspect was stopped in the Unit Block of First Street NE. During their interview, the Complainant stated that the Suspect made threats to do bodily harm to them. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. While in custody, the Suspect was subsequently restrained after becoming uncooperative and resisting attempts to complete the arrest process. | |

R/O observed several magazines with loaded ammunition inside the Suspect's backpack. After further inspection of the contents of the backpack, three magazines, two loaded with several rounds of ammunition, and an empty high capacity magazine were found. CIS responded and interviewed the Suspect. CSS responded and processed the scene. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

| DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE - SECOND OFFENSE + NO PERMIT POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - VEHICLE | 23:22:00 | 241130003075 | R/O observed a vehicle traveling eastbound in the Unit Block of Independence Avenue SE, swerving and failing to maintain their lane. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE. While speaking to the Suspect, R/O detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had a suspended District of Columbia permit with no valid status in Maryland or Virginia. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle a cup containing a liquid consistent with an alcoholic beverage was located. |
