R/O conducted an administrative search of the Suspect's property and recovered a magazine containing five rounds of 9mm ammunition. | POSSESSION OF UNREGISTERED FIREARM + POSSESSION OF UNREGISTERED AMMUNITION PRESENT IN MOTOR VEHICLE CONTAINING FIREARM | 21:52:00 | 250310000679 | R/O and A/O responded to 300 H Street NE for a call of a person with a firearm inside of a vehicle. While on scene, R/O approached the vehicle in question and advised the Suspect to step out to which he complied. A/O asked the Suspect if there any weapons inside of the vehicle. The Suspect stated there was a .22 caliber rifle inside the vehicle. During a search of the vehicle, a gun bag containing a shotgun was found. CSS responded and processed the scene. A pump shotgun, bolt action rifle, 100 rounds of 12 gauge and .22LR ammunition were found in the rear seat floorboard. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

When R/O asked the Suspect to exit to vehicle, the vehicle sped off traveling westbound from the Unit Block of H Street NE. CIS was notified for further investigation. | |
