A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle revealed the tags were expired and registered to a different vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted in the 800 Block of North Capitol Street NE. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O noticed an odor of cannabis emanating from the Suspect's vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
