ASSAULT ON A POLICE OFFICER + UNLAWFUL ENTRY 20:56:00 250704002216 R/O observed an individual attempting to enter the First Street and Constitution Avenue NW barricade, which was a restricted area. Officers advised the individual multiple times not to enter. R/O observed the individual pushed past R/O and entered the restricted area of the First Street and Constitution Avenue NW barricade. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded and processed the scene.
FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE 16:30:00 250704002212 R/O responded to New Jersey Avenue for a report of an individual who appeared to be jiggling a door handle of a residence in the area. Upon arrival, R/O observed a male matching the description given by USCP Communications standing adjacent to the residence. A WALES/NCIC check of the individual revealed an active, warrant out of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT 1:07:00 250703002196 R/O observed a vehicle traveling in the opposing lanes of traffic through the 200 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE. A traffic stop was conducted in the 300 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed they had no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE + NO PERMIT 21:02:00 250702002193 R/O observed a vehicle traveling northbound in the 600 Block of North Capitol Street NE with an expired Maryland tag. A traffic stop was conducted in the 900 Block of North Capitol St NE. Upon approach of the vehicle, A/O noticed signs that the Suspect might be impaired. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect's license revealed a suspended permit out of Maryland with no driving status in Virginia or the District of Columbia. SFSTs were conducted and due to many signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
THEFT OF GOVERNMENT PROPERTY (ALL OTHER LARCENY) 9:00:00 250702002181 R/O responded a room in a House Office Building for a report of a theft. The Complainant reported that tools had been stolen from a bag. The tools were last seen on June 28th, 2025. When the Complainant located the bag on July 1st, 2025 the tools were missing. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate.
FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE + DRUG POSSESSION CONSUMPTION OF MARIJUANA IN A PUBLIC SPACE PROHIBITED 14:49:00 250702002187 R/O observed an individual smoking a pipe emanating the odor of marijuana in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. R/O confirmed the pipe contained a green leafy that tested with a presumptive positive for THC. A WALES/NCIC check showed an active extraditable warrant from the Montgomery County Sherriffs Office, Pennsylvania. CSS responded and processed the scene. The Suspect placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE- 1ST OFF + POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER ALCOHOL- VEHICLE 12:03:00 250702002183 R/O responded to the 100 Block of Constitution Avenue NE for the report of an impaired driver. R/O arrived at the location and was advised by A/O that the Suspect was found stopped in a crosswalk. The Suspect displayed bloodshot eyes with eyelids that were drooping. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. While conducting a vehicle inventory search, R/O discovered a bottle on the passenger's seat which smelled of an alcoholic beverage consistent with whiskey.
CROWDING,OBSTRUCTING OR INCOMMODING 12:11:00 250701002169 R/O observed an active demonstration in a Senate Office Building. Several individuals were observed chanting loudly and singing. The individuals were given multiple warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activities but failed to comply. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded and processed the scene.
CROWDING,OBSTRUCTING OR INCOMMODING 12:05:00 250701002171 R/O-1 and R/O-2 observed an active demonstration in a House Office Building. Several individuals were observed chanting loudly and singing. The individuals were given multiple warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activities but failed to comply. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded and processed the scene.
CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING 12:55:00 250630002156 R/O responded to the U.S. Capitol Building for a report of an active demonstration. Upon arrival, R/O observed several individuals chanting loudly and kneeling, which obstructed the flow of pedestrian traffic and normal building operations. The individuals were given multiple warnings to cease and desist demonstration activities, but failed to comply. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
