A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of H Street NE. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O noticed the Suspects speech was slurred and a strong odor of alcohol emanated from the Suspects breath. SFSTs were conducted, and due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC check confirmed the vehicle's status as stolen. R/O and A/O assisted with conducting a traffic stop in the 1400 Block of First Street SW. Three Suspects were removed from the vehicle and placed under arrest. During the search incident to arrest, one of the Suspects resisted by kicking and pulling away from the officer conducting the search. The Suspects were transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded to process the scene. CIS was advised of the offense. | |

Upon approach, R/O observed raised markings and what appeared to be a whiteout marker on the tags expiration. Additionally, a WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. Additionally, a WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect has a suspended license in Maryland with no status in Virginia or the District of Columbia. SFSTs were conducted, and due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
