A traffic stop was conducted at the same location. A check of the Suspect revealed an active warrant out of the Alexandria Police Department. The check also revealed the Suspect had no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was arrested and transported to HQ for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC check revealed the individual was subject to two separate warrants, one issued through the U.S. Marshals Service and the other issued through the Montgomery Count (MD) Police Department. Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

Capitol St. NE. R/O determined vehicle was not registered. Prior to towing, a search revealed a vial with a white, rock-like material that tested positive for cocaine. Suspect was arrested and processed at HQ. A/O found a small bag with white, powdery material in suspect property that tested positive for methamphetamine. CIS notified. | |
