A WALES/NCIC check of the individual revealed an active extraditable warrant held by Baltimore County, Maryland. The warrant was confirmed by USCP Communications. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle confirmed that the registration was indeed expired. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of E Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended Virginia driver's license with no status in the District of Columbia or Maryland. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| THEFT ONE - STOLEN AUTO | 16:45:00 | 250614001973 | R/O was flagged down at the intersection of Second and D Streets NE by a subject claiming that their vehicle was missing. The victim stated they last saw their vehicle in the 300 Block of Second Street NE and the vehicle was not there when they returned. RO conducted a WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle and discovered there was no record of the vehicle being towed, therefore RO started an investigation for a stolen vehicle. The victim was able to pin their vehicle in the area of the 800 Block of Seventh Street NE using a GPS phone application. SOD units were advised to canvass the area. At approximately 1914 hours, SOD units found the victim's vehicle unoccupied in the 100 Block of L Street NW. CSS responded to process the stolen vehicle. Multiple items that were inside the vehicle were also stolen. CIS responded to the scene to take possession of the vehicle and will continue to investigate. | |

R/O observed three lawful warnings given to the Suspects to disperse, but the Suspects refused to comply. The Suspects were sitting on the center stairs of the U.S. Capitol Building holding signs and chanting. The Suspects were asked repeatedly to stand and stop chanting, but refused to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

Upon arrival R/O observed the Suspects sitting on the center stairs of the U.S. Capitol Building holding signs and chanting. | DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 1ST OFFENSE + RESISTING ARREST FAIL TO EXHIBIT PERMIT POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - MISD THREAT TO KIDNAP OR INJURE A PERSON | 3:16:00 | 250613001953 | R/O observed a vehicle traveling eastbound in the Unit Block of I Street SE at a high rate of speed. A traffic stop was conducted in the 300 Block of I Street SE. R/O observed the Suspect throw a clear plastic cup and plastic bottle out of the driver's side window. The Suspect exited the vehicle and appeared extremely agitated and was instructed to return to the vehicle, but refused. The Suspect became combative and assisting officers responded to the scene and attempted to detain the Suspect who tensed up and resisted their efforts. R/O smelled the odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath. The Suspect refused SFSTs and to provide their identity or a valid operators permit. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to USCP Headquarters for processing. While conducting a search of the Suspect, A/O discovered a clear plastic bag with a white rock like substance on the Suspect which tested presumptive positive for cocaine by CSS . A/O-1 witnessed the Suspect make several threats toward R/O to include death towards R/O and family members. | |

A WALES/NCIC check revealed the vehicles registration was revoked and the tags had been surrendered. A traffic stop was conducted in the 300 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

Upon arrival, R/O observed multiple people yelling and crowding in the hallway outside of a room. The individuals were given multiple warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activity but failed to do so.
