POSSESSION OF UNREGISTERED AMMUNITION 11:29:00 250515001603 R/O observed an individual enter the Rotunda Door of the Cannon House Office Building and place their bag on the X-ray machine. The image on the X-ray screen displayed what appeared to be ammunition. An administrative search of the Suspect's bag revealed a magazine loaded with 6 rounds of ammunition. The Suspect was arrested - processed at HQ. CIS notified. CSS processed the scene.
LEAVING AFTER COLLIDING - PROPERTY DAMAGE 22:00:00 250515001617 R/O responded to the 200 Block of Independence Avenue SW for a traffic accident report. The crash investigation revealed suspect's vehicle was towing a trailer when it made a turn and struck a traffic control device causing damage. Suspect vehicle continued onto I-695 ramp and fled the scene. Canvass of area was negative. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS investigating.
LEWD, INDECENT, OR OBSCENE ACTS (ALL OTHER OFFENSES) 15:51:00 250515001610 R/O responded to the 400 Block of Second Street NE for the report of a subject exposing themselves. R/O located the Suspect in the Unit Block of Columbus Circle NE. A stop was conducted at the same location. During the investigation, the Suspect exposed themselves and urinated into a cup while in front of the R/O. Suspect arrested - processed at HQ.
CROWDING,OBSTRUCTING AND INCOMMODING + RESISTING ARREST 14:48:00 250514001584 R/O observed multiple individuals in a committee room in the Dirksen Senate Office Building standing up, shouting and holding up signs. The individuals were warned to cease and desist demonstration activities, but failed to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. While attempting to place S-1 under arrest, the Suspect became physically resistant.
CROWDING,OBSTRUCTING AND INCOMMODING + RESISTING ARREST 13:48:00 250514001585 R/O observed multiple individuals in a committee room in the Dirksen Senate Office Building standing up, shouting and holding up signs. The individuals were warned to cease and desist demonstration activities, but failed to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. While attempting to place S-1 under arrest, the Suspect became physically resistant.
CROWDING,OBSTRUCTING AND INCOMMODING 15:03:00 250514001587 R/O observed the Suspect yelling inside a committee room in the Rayburn House Office Building. R/O advised the Suspect to desist demonstration activity, but the Suspect refused to do so. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
THEFT SECOND DEGREE (ALL OTHER LARCENY) 19:10:00 250513001580 R/O was approached by an individual who reported a theft at First and C Streets NE. The Complainant stated their bike had been stolen from a bike rack located in that area. Initial attempts to identify the Suspect yielded negative results. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate.
CROWDING,OBSTRUCTING OR INCOMMODING 12:00:00 250513001571 R/O responded to room 250 in the Cannon House Office Building for a report of an active demonstration. Upon arrival, R/O observed multiple people chanting loudly and obstructing the free flow of pedestrian traffic in the hallway. The individuals were given multiple warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activity but failed to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CROWDING,OBSTRUCTING OR INCOMMODING 14:00:00 250513001576 R/O responded to a room in the Rayburn House Office Building for a report of an active demonstration. Upon arrival, R/O observed multiple people chanting loudly and holding signs, which caused a disruption within an ongoing committee hearing. The individuals were given multiple warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activity but failed to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DEFACEMENT OF PUBLIC PROPERTY 9:55:00 250512001551 R/O observed black graffiti on the sidewalk adjacent to the Capitol Reflecting Pool while patrolling the 100 Block of Maryland Avenue SW. Initial attempts to identify a Suspect yielded negative results. CSS responded to process the scene.
