The image on the X-ray screen displayed what appeared to be ammunition. An administrative search of the Suspect's bag revealed a magazine loaded with 6 rounds of ammunition. The Suspect was arrested - processed at HQ. CIS notified. CSS processed the scene. | |
| LEAVING AFTER COLLIDING - PROPERTY DAMAGE | 22:00:00 | 250515001617 | R/O responded to the 200 Block of Independence Avenue SW for a traffic accident report. The crash investigation revealed suspect's vehicle was towing a trailer when it made a turn and struck a traffic control device causing damage. Suspect vehicle continued onto I-695 ramp and fled the scene. Canvass of area was negative. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS investigating. | |

R/O located the Suspect in the Unit Block of Columbus Circle NE. A stop was conducted at the same location. During the investigation, the Suspect exposed themselves and urinated into a cup while in front of the R/O. Suspect arrested - processed at HQ. | |
