FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE 18:03:00 2.40913E+11 R/O observed the Suspect at the intersection of Second and D Streets NW who was believed to be the subject of an active bench warrant. A subject stop was conducted at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check confirmed an active warrant issued by the District of Columbia Superior Court. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT + ALLOW OPERATION W/ IMPROPER TAGS 16:29:00 2.40913E+11 R/O observed a vehicle traveling in the 100 block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle's tags revealed they did not correspond with the vehicle driven by the Suspect. A traffic stop was conducted in the 300 block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFICE-PERMIT NO VALID 11:35:00 2.40913E+11 R/O observed a vehicle displaying expired tags. A traffic stop was conducted in the 600 block of North Carolina Avenue NE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had no valid permit issued through the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
FLEEING FROM A POLICE OFFICER-FELONY + ASSAULT ON A POLICE OFFICER RECKLESS DRIVING DISPLAY EXPIRED TAGS LOANING REGISTRATION-MISUSE OF TAGS COUNTERFEIT TAGS 11:40:00 2.40913E+11 R/O-1, R/O-2, and R/O-3 observed a vehicle parked illegally on the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW. A traffic stop was conducted at the same location. Upon approach, R/O-2 began a conversation with the Suspect when the Suspect started the engine and put the vehicle into gear and started to drive away at a high rate of speed. R/O-2 had to step back from the vehicle in order to not be struck. R/O-1 noted the Suspect ran a solid red light at the intersection of New Jersey and Louisiana Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicles temporary tag, taped to the back window, returned with no record associated with the vehicle. R/O-1, R/O-2, and R/O-3 canvassed the area with negative results. R/O-2 contacted Hyattsville Police Department which confirmed the vehicle did belong to the Suspect and did not have a current registration, no license plates and no status in Maryland, Virginia, or the District of Columbia. CIS was notified.
TRAFFIC-PERMIT-OPERATING AFTER SUSPENSION 7:51:00 2.40913E+11 R/O observed a vehicle with obstructed rear tags. A traffic stop on the corner of New Jersey and Constitution Avenues NW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had a suspended license out of the District of Columbia with no status in Maryland and Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 0:18:00 2.40913E+11 R/O observed a vehicle with an expired registration traveling southbound in the 600 Block of North Capitol Street NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 Block of First Street NW. Upon approach, R/O detected a strong odor consistent with alcohol emanating from the driver's breath. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL + RESISTING ARREST 15:54:00 2.40912E+11 R/O observed an individual holding a plastic cup emitting a strong odor of alcohol in the 200 Block of Second Street NE. R/O attempted to initiate a stop, but the person refused to comply. Attempts to restrain the individual physically met with further resistance. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT 19:29:00 2.40912E+11 R/O observed a vehicle with a severely damaged, nonfunctioning headlight traveling eastbound in the Unit Block of Independence Avenue SW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the driver had a suspended Maryland driver's license and no permit status in Virginia or the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CARRYING A PISTOL WITHOUT A LICENSE + POSSESSION OF UNREGISTERED AMMUNITION NO PERMIT UNLAWFUL TRANSPORTATION OR RECEIPT OF IMPORTED FIREARM POSSESSION OF A LARGE CAPACITY AMMUNITION FEEDING DEVICE 16:14:00 240911002353 R/O observed a vehicle traveling northbound in the 300 Block of Washington Avenue SW displaying expired vehicle registration stickers. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Second Street SW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended license out of Alabama, with no status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect advised R/O of two firearms in the vehicle. CSS responded to process the scene. A loaded .22 caliber handgun with an inserted magazine with 18 rounds of ammunition, and a black 9mm handgun were located. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CIS was notified.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT - URINATING OR DEFECATING + PUBLIC INDECENCY - A LEWD EXPOSURE OF SEXUAL ORGANS 10:31:00 240911002345 R/O observed an individual urinating on the wall of the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
