Upon approach, R/O observed that the individual was slumped over and unresponsive. After gaining the Suspect's attention, R/O observed that the Suspect's speech was slurred and a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emanated from their person. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE | 22:06:00 | 241124003023 | R/O observed a vehicle in the 500 Block of North Capitol Street NW failing to maintain their lane. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 400 Block of Third Street NW. Upon approach, R/O could detect odors of an alcoholic beverage and marijuana emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted. Due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O then observed the Suspect drive northbound in the southbound lane of the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW. A traffic stop was initiated in the Unit Block of D Street NW. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O detected a faint odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the Suspects breath. SFSTs were administered, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was transported to Headquarters for processing. An inventory search of the vehicle revealed a cup with a liquid consistent with an alcoholic beverage. | |
| TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS + TRAFFIC - OPERATING AFTER REVOCATION (OAR) POSSESSION OPEN CONTAINER ALCOHOL - POCA FLEEING FROM A POLICE OFFICER - FELONY | 18:05:00 | 241122003011 | R/O observed a vehicle travelling westbound in the 100 Block of Independence Avenue SW swerving lanes and driving aggressively. A/O attempted to conduct a traffic stop in the 200 Block of Independence Avenue SW, but the Suspect fled. The Suspect continued to flee and struck traffic control gates at Fourth and C Streets and at Fifth and C Streets SW. The Suspects vehicle came to a stop in the 400 Block of Fourth Street SW. Upon approach, R/O detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a revoked Maryland drivers permit with no status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. SFSTs were administered, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. While conducting an inventory search of the Suspect's vehicle, an open container of alcoholic beverage was found on the vehicle floorboard. CSS responded and processed the scene. | |
| TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS | 18:21:00 | 241122003012 | R/O and A/O responded to the intersection of Washington Avenue and C Street SW for the report of a traffic accident. After approaching one of the involved vehicles, R/O and A/O detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the Suspects vehicle. The Suspect admitted to consuming alcohol. SFSTs were administered and due to the numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| POSSESSION OF UNREGISTERED AMMUNITION | 9:47:00 | 241122003006 | R/O observed a vehicle parked illegally in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW. While speaking to the Suspect, RO observed a box of 9mm handgun ammunition in plain view inside of the vehicle. The Suspect was removed from the vehicle without incident. An inquiry through the Metropolitan Police Department Gun Registry Unit revealed the Suspect did not possess a permit to carry a firearm or ammunition in the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded to process the scene. TAS and CIS were notified. | |

R/O conducted a WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle confirmed the tags were expired and belonged to a different vehicle. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the Unit Block of E Street SE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended operator's permit in Virginia with no valid status in the District of Columbia, or Maryland. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| THEFT FIRST DEGREE (STOLEN AUTO) | 15:41:00 | 241121003000 | R/O was flagged down in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NE for the report of a stolen vehicle. The Complainant stated that they parked their vehicle at the same location at approximately 0645 hours. The Complainant returned at approximately 1530 hours and noticed their vehicle was gone. A canvass of the immediate area was met with negative results. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. | |

R/O arrived and confirmed an unknown Suspect wrote on a wall with a black marker. CSS responded to process the scene. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. | |
| UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES | 11:10:00 | 2.4112E+11 | R/O observed what appeared to be a magazine with ammunition inside of a handbag on the x-ray screen at the Second Street Door of the Ford House Office Building. An administrative search of the handbag confirmed a magazine loaded with 10 rounds of ammunition. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS conducted an inquiry with the Metropolitan Police Department Gun Registry Unit, which confirmed the Suspect holds a license for concealed carry through the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland. |
