SFSTs were conducted. Due to multiple signs of impairment, Suspect arrested. Transported to HQ for processing. CSS processed the scene. | |

The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. Crime scene tested a bag of a green leafy substance found during the search of the Suspect and it came back with a presumptive positive for THC. | |

R/O conducted an administrative search of the Suspect's property and recovered a magazine containing ten rounds of ammunition. Suspect was placed under arrest and processed at HQ. The Complainant stated the incident occurred earlier in the day in the Unit Block of Columbus Circle NE, where their vehicle was struck by the Suspect's vehicle. When the Complainant stopped to exchange information, the Suspect fled the scene. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. | |

Upon arrival, R/O located a vehicle with the driver unconscious behind the wheel, and detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from the open window. A/O shook the driver's shoulder and the Suspect awoke. R/O observed the Suspect speaking in a slurred manner. SFSTs were conducted. Due to signs of impairment, the Suspect was arrested and transported to HQ for processing. | |
