UNLAWFUL ENTRY + DISORDELY CONDUCT ASSAULT ON A POLICE OFFICER X2 14:40:00 2.40702E+11 R/O was flagged down at First Street and Independence Avenue SE for a passenger who stripped, and refused to exit a WMATA bus. The Suspect blocked the entrance and exit of the bus. R/O gave the Suspect multiple verbal commands to exit the bus. Following a brief chase, the Suspect went down to the ground with little to no force. When R/O attempted to detain the Suspect with handcuffs, the Suspect kicked R/Os leg, and kicked and spat on multiple assisting officers. The Suspect was arrested, transported to Headquarters, and processed.
NO PERMIT + LOANING REGISTRATION, MISUSE OF TEMPORARY TAGS 10:10:00 2.40701E+11 R/O observed a vehicle that displayed a Virginia temporary registration not in compliance with DMV code, and travelled westbound in the 300 Block of Maryland Avenue NE. A WALES/NCIC inquiry revealed the tag belonged to a different vehicle. A traffic stop was initiated in the 200 Block of Maryland Avenue NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was arrested, transported to Headquarters, and processed.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY 17:29:00 2.40701E+11 R/O responded to the Northwest Door of a House Office Building for a Suspect who refused to leave the area. Upon arrival, A/O advised the R/O that the Suspect refused to leave the screening area after being screened. R/O and A/O gave the Suspect multiple commands to leave, but the Suspect refused to comply. The Suspect was arrested, transported to Headquarters, and processed.
CDW - OTHER WEAPON + RESISTING ARREST CROWDING OBSTRUCTING INCOMMODING 12:02:00 2.40629E+11 R/O responded to the 100 Block of D Street NE for the report of a man standing in the middle of the road. RO gave verbal commands for the Suspect to move to the sidewalk, but the Suspect refused. The Suspect pulled a sharpened tool from their pocket and pointed the weapon at the officers and then fled northbound on Second Street NE. The Suspect was stopped in the 400 Block of Second Street NE and resisted to placing their hands behind their back. CSS responded and processed the scene. The Suspect was arrested and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CARRYING A PISTOL W/O A LICENSE + POSS. OF UNREGISTERED FIREARM /UNLAWFUL POSS. OF A FIREARM, POSS. OF UNREGISTERED AMMO, POSS. OF A LARGE CAPACITY AMMO. FEEDING DEVICE, UNLAWFUL TRANSPORTATION OR RECEIPT OF IMPORTED FIREARM 1:09:00 2.40629E+11 R/O observed the Suspect and Complainant having a verbal dispute in the 500 Block of New Jersey Avenue NW. The Complainant reported they were visiting from Virginia and the Suspect had a firearm. Upon searching the Suspect's hotel room and backpack, one firearm and two high capacity magazines were found containing ammunition. CIS was notified. The Suspect did not have a license to carry the pistol in the District of Columbia. The pistol was also not registered in the District of Columbia. CSS responded and processed the scene. The Suspect was arrested and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CARRYING PISTOL WITHOUT A LICENSE - OUTSIDE HOME/BUSINESS + ADDITIONAL CHARGES: UNLAWFUL ENTRY OF A MOTOR VEHICLE RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY - MISD 19:25:00 2.40629E+11 R/O while on patrol was flagged down for a report of an unlawful entry of a vehicle in the 600 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE. The Complainant stated that when they returned to their vehicle an individual was in the vehicle then fled in a waiting vehicle. Also, the Complainant stated the Suspect left a gun on the passenger seat. A canvass of the area was met with negative results. A WALES/NCIC check of the gun's serial number revealed it was stolen out of Charles County, Maryland. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate.
CARRY PISTOL WITHOUT A LICENSE + POSSESSION OF UNREGISTERED FIREARM POSSESSION OF UNREGISTERED AMMUNITION POSSESSION OF A LARGE CAPACITY AMMUNITION FEEDING DEVICE 2:08:00 2.40629E+11 R/O was assisting with an investigation in the Unit Block of F Street NW when he observed the handle of a firearm sticking out from the Suspects waistband. The Suspect was subsequently disarmed. A 9mm handgun containing a magazine loaded with 17 rounds of ammunition was recovered. The Suspect did not possess a concealed carry pistol license for the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS was advised of the offense.
NO PERMIT 16:14:00 2.40628E+11 R/O observed a vehicle with an expired tag on display as it travelled eastbound in the Unit Block of Independence Avenue SW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 Block of Independence Avenue SE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the driver had no valid permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
LEAVING AFTER COLLIDING- PROPERTY DAMAGE 13:41:00 2.40627E+11 R/O responded to the 400 Block of Louisiana Avenue NW for a report of a hit and run. Upon the R/O's arrival, a Witness stated they saw the Suspect collide with a parked vehicle and then drive from the area. A canvass for the striking vehicle yielded negative results. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate.
LEAVING AFTER COLLIDING - PROPERTY DAMAGE 20:55:00 2.40626E+11 R/O was dispatched to a report of a hit and run in the Unit Block of K Street SW. The Complainant stated they were struck by a vehicle that fled the scene in the area of 1501 South Capitol Street SW. A description of the vehicle was provided to R/O. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate.
